This was my first time ordering from Wingstop. I paid over $60.00 for food. When I got home I noticed that I was missing 20 boneless wings. I called the store and spoke to an employee to let them know I was missing items from my order. The woman on the phone kept telling me that she prepared my food order herself and she had placed everything in the bag. She was telling me I was lying and all the food was placed in the bag. When this was not the case. I live 25minutes away and didn't have the time nor the gas to make a second trip. She said she would honor this request one time and had an attitude. How can you honor something that was already paid for? Like others have stated check your food before leaving. Gas prices are way too high to be backtracking.
Horrible service!!! The staff is more interested in helping the people they know rather than the order the customers come in the door. The two ladies there tonight were conversing with each other and never acknowledging the customers unless they knew them personally. When asked if we could be helped they let us know they were preparing orders and couldn't keep us until they finished processing orders. Guess what cupcake, we are there for you to process or order also, not to wait while you chit chat with you coworker and friends. I will never ever return to this Wingstop as this is the third time I experienced horrible customer service!!!
2nd wing stop I've been too. Consistent as the other. Food was good cooked hot. Fries are awesome.
First time coming to wing stop last night , I got the Korean bbq boneless wings , they were AMAZING. We also got a side of rolls and they were so good !

I love this place the Cajun corn and the tenders are the best! Try mixing the ranch with some of their Cajun sauce it’s amazing.
Slow Service, Profanity Laced Rap Music Blaring Throughout the Restaurant, Many people waiting while employees are busy playing on their cell phones. No sense of urgency among employees! Not wasting my money or time there again. Food was edible at best.
Tried Wingstop for the first time tonight. Food was prepared fast. Staff welcomed us and was friendly. This is a fast food type of experience where you order when you arrive and then sit. Staff clears table for guests, so you don't have to clear your own table. Only found ketchup packs and no pump. No napkins, only a community role of paper towels. No wet wipes offered to clean hands after you eat wings. I thought the price of the meal for 3 people was high enough that there should be a wait staff to keep your cup full, but no staff checked on us. Only saw 3 people working, 2 cooking, 1 cleaning. Enjoyed the wings and the seasoned fries, extra ranch and bleu cheese was given without asking. Overall, we had a pleasent experience and I would recommend others try this place if you want great wings without a long wait. Place your order online.
Love the food. Cajun dry rub may be the best wing ever created. The service is terrible. I try the get wings once weekly. If you pick it up check the bag every single time. They are missing something more times than not. It's sad because they taste great.
