Mongolian beef here goes crazy. 7.50 for lunch which includes egg roll or a spring roll is hard to find these days. The quality is great and when you consider the price it makes you want to add a 6th star. Highly recommend. Sesame chicken is also bomb
Absolutely disgusting food and horrendous customer service. I will never eat here again. Called in a to go order and the food was all wrong, looked like they refried old chicken for both dishes. Tasted absolutely awful. We rarely complain but for the $40 we spent the owner refused to give us a full refund even though we did not eat any of it. He claimed that they did not have enough business today to give us a full refund. Like that was our problem?! My blood is boiling with how disrespectful the owner was. Did not offer to remake the food-which we would not have wanted anyway. I had heard horrible stories about this place and now I can say I believe every other negative review. 0 stars.
This place is a JOKE!! They don't write down what you order, and when you get the wrong items, they make it out to be your fault. I would highly recommend going to Sakura if you want good service and better sushi because this place is horrible!!
Welllll I thought I saw it all!!….My mom ordered Tuna. They gave her the more expensive one(she ordered reg. Tuna) and the rice they served with it was hot. By the time my Mom got her Tuna it was cooked some and obviously old because let’s be honest why would they give her the more expensive one unless it was going bad soon. She sent it back after eating 2 fishy tasting pieces. The manager argued with her saying they only got 5 back out of 8 and where did the other one go….he then proceeded to grab the TUNA OUT OF THE TRASH, PUT IT ON A PLATE, AND SET IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME ON THE TABLE!! They didn’t comp anything off the bill and she ended up paying for that one piece of Tuna that was missing on top of the poor server having to pay for the bad tuna because they say it’s her fault ?♀️???
We were dining in for lunch actually meant to stop in somewhere else but ended up here and we couldn’t have been happier Our server was especially nice and hospitable very nice to our daughter zoey and the sushi boat was AMAZING couldn’t be happier
If you want to get bad service this is where to go. It’s not a one time thing. This has happened multiple times. But after yesterday I have had enough giving this place chances. It took a long time for anyone to acknowledge us to be seated at lunch when we walked in, service was very slow, then when they finally were at the table they rushed you as if you were wasting their time, (only 2 other tables were being taken care of). The food is never great. But yesterday it was not good at all and the sushi was done very lazily, falling apart. We were also over charged by $10. We did not notice until after we left due to being in a rush after the slow service. If you’re looking for decent food, good service, and won’t cheat you out of money. Go to the Wild Wok on the other side of Hickory!
Takeout order. Not going back here. The rice was dry and stale and there is no way it could be fresh. The cashew chicken was very heavily breaded, and finding a cashew required a search party. The only good item was the beef and broccoli.
My girlfriend and I have never been disappointed here. They have always been polite and provided such a relaxing environment with reasonable prices and quality food. Honestly it’s the first place to ever make me think, wow, I need to support this place publicly. This is our favorite date spot, and I recommend the lettuce wraps with 2 fantasy rolls, and 2 chicken lo mein.
Terrible experience. The man at the counter was rude. Had the order messed up and wouldn't even forgive $2.75 for his mistake. The food was not good. The potatoes tasted like they had sat out for days. We will never go back.
We've definitely had better experiences at Wild Wok. Or server was friendly and helpful. The biggest disappointment was that my husband's food didn't come out until about 20 minutes after the rest of our table. Since we waited to start eating (except for the small children), our food was nearly cold by the time his food came out. Our server apologized profusely. The restaurant was active, but I have been there on far busier occasions when the food was served in a more consistent way. We ordered sushi also, and it was not as good as usual, either. It was lightly warm, and we ordered plates that included raw components. We will go back, as this was a first poor experience in several years of dining there. The food tasted wonderful, as always.
