This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Terrible customer service. The manager had a terrible attitude. It’s quite disappointing that this is allowed and has been for awhile. No improvement. I will not be returning to this location.
Asked for a plain jr baconator and I open the wrapper to this, NOT worth $9.94! Won’t be going back. The lady at the window wouldn’t even give me a receipt and my cup was covered in Dr Pepper.
This Wendy’s never fails to disappoint me. Their hours are not correct; they closed at 5 pm today and they were supposed to be open. On other occasions I have tried to come to Wendy’s and again, it is closed. They need consistent hours.
My husband & I took our 4yr old Grandson there last Saturday after a soccer game. He said "everything was delicious". He had a kiddie meal with a frosty. We had the best time. Thank you so much!
I'm got my food pretty quick but everything was out (straws, ketchup cups etc.) and the place wasn't super clean. Food was pretty good tho.
I really like using the app to customize my order. The unsweetened tea was REALLY GOOD. Someone help me remember that!
Got home with my order from Wendy's 1311 2nd St NE and found that what I had paid for wasn't in the bag. Tried to call the store several times and the call went to voice mail and it was full, to call at a later time. There was no receipt in the bag which meant I couldn't prove what I ordered. I live 10 miles from that Wendy's and wasn't going to drive a 20 mile round trip. Overall, this is a sign of bad management. A manager who doesn't train the worker how to do their job. Or a case of a worked who's only concern is to collect a pay check and go home early. I wonder if corporate is even concerned because I've been to several Wendy's and got similar service.Terrible service. Bad management. Not going there again.
This place usually does a good job getting my order correct. Sometimes the service is slow, but that is to be expected with everywhere having a hard time finding and keeping enough staff. The staff that are there are always friendly and helpful.
It is a Wendy's, their menu doesn't change a lot. Four for four is a decent deal. Their salads are pretty good, at the very least for drive through standards.
Terrible service! Just about every time we go our order is wrong. Tonight, the order was wrong and there was not an apology for the incorrect order. I was told to park in the curbside spot for 2-3 minutes for the order to be fixed. It took 15 minutes to correct the order, and even then, still no apology. When I asked the manager for a refund, she said, “We can’t do that. Would you like a frosty?”
