It's a Wendy's. The reader should be familiar with the concept. This one is clean, the staff are friendly and the service is fast. They do it all very well.
Our family has always liked eating here. Good price for good food. My kids favorite place to go.
Their burgers are the best fast food burgers you're going to get at a chain restaurant, locally. Their frosties are always crowd pleasers among the kids.
I've had the hot and honey chicken before but not made like this one it was fresh fries too thanks good job
It may just be me, but I’ve never had a good experience at this Wendy’s. I don’t eat at this chain very often as it’s not my favorite, (Chick-fil-A is). A few weeks ago I went to this local diner tried to order a burger. The staff was very rude and said “we don’t know how to make your order.” I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, but no other toppings. I literally had to explain to them how to make my order. After the lady raised her voice several times at me, and a messed up conversation, I get the wrong food. They gave me a single with every topping imaginable, wrong drink, and a small fry when I requested a large. I wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes in the line to get my older right. For those not satisfied by my response, I’ll leave an example from tonight. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes, the car in front of me finally gets to place their order. It’s about 9:50PM at this time. No one came over the speaker box until 10:03. I had already made up my mind that I wasn’t waiting any longer. So as soon as they ordered and pulled off, I drove up the box, waited for a minute, and decided to leave. Glad I left, because the line was still backed up at the window. I didn’t want to wait a half hour for the wrong food again. I’ve had better experiences at other Wendy’s locations, but typically everyone of them gets something wrong. I also understand there is a major short staff issue going around, I work in the staffing industry. I try to be patient, but this Wendy’s location doesn’t deserve it. Do better.
Honestly my favorite Wendy's. I used to work in hickory off of 70 and I went to this Wendy's a lot. I pass two other Wendys leaving my house to get to 70 and I will pick this location over the others.
Food was terrible. Chicken nuggets were as hard as rocks, burger tasted gross, fries were soggy and cold. Hoping I didn't get food poisining.
Even while super short staffed this Wendy’s is quick, and correct! Not to mention polite! If you’re new to the area I advise you to ignore half of these low reviews as they clearly don’t understand what it’s like to be understaffed & how understaffed this particular location has been. They are doing a great job with what they have!
I'm writing this as I sit here waiting at the DOOR for my food. I ordered 3 chicken biscuits and I'm the only person here. I placed a mobile pick up order. I waited for over 10 minutes for my food. Dont go to this wendys. Theres a better one literally 5 minutes down the road.
The food here is NEVER fresh anymore! Use to be a great place, such a shame it has declined in service and food quality!
