Katie and Ann are rude ! Your fries are being touched by 2 maybe 3 different hands with no gloves! People digging into the bags with their hands without gloves! I just found it very unprofessional at this location it makes me not want to eat fast food the way my food was in handled in my face...people do nasty things with their hands if you are dealing with food and touching peoples food with your hands you should put on a glove...bottomline no exceptions!!!!!
Drive through line had a longer than average wait per car. Order take was still polite and positive.
Last 2 visits to this store, hickory sw left a bad taste in not my mouth but in my head.Took at least 10 minutes to get jr bacon ch burger plain, 4pc ck nuggets a d then forgot the bacon, yes forgot the bacon, this is not the first time with lousy service eat in service.Drive thru service should equal eat in service. I think I will return to mcdonalds. Unhappy in Hickory Nc . DrW.
This past time they didn't pack my fries and gave me a bunch of ice when I asked for a little. Time before that I asked for a plain sandwich and I got one with everything on it. I'm just going to drive to one further out if it means getting my food right tbh
Definitely not a fast food restaurant. It would have to be fast service if it was a fast food restaurant. Sat at the drive through for at least 20 min and kept being told they would be with me. I ended up driving off because I still haven't ordered after 20 min. Oh did I mention the parking lot was empty and 1 car was in the drive through. There is a reason no one goes here I guess.
Have you noticed Wendys prices have almost doubled? If everyone would write this so all can see, maybe we can make a small difference or given enough, a large difference. The weight of a frosty id half what it used to be. Lange about 12 oz. $3.29. 8oz$1.81. I encourage all to take the time to write and read these reviews. No one pays attention because they are getting used to everything going up. They just go with it. This is what happed in the Great Depression. Just do it. We cant do anything else. Maybe this will let these fast food places they can play fair or go under. Its our choice.
I’m just a honest truck driver my truck won’t wit they the drive thru so me and my co driver walk thru the front door as it had been wedged open. We walk up to the register and the lady at lunchtime says we are close for dine in (which is understandable) So I ask her can you take my order because my truck won’t fit in the drive thru. She says I have nobody that can take your order upfront only through the drive-thru (Insinuating that’s the only place I can order) ie walk around outside wait behind a car and stand there until I can order. To be fair I am only writing this because Google is asking me how was my visit do not let it be misconstrued this happens very often during this time of pandemic. I’m leaving at one star review because the lady could have took my order and brought it out. I might be A little bias by being a professional truck driver the backbone of America I would think it wouldn’t be a problem. And I they might have been people that walked to that franchise and wanted something to eat and was turned away because they didn’t have a car or etc. Because the dining room is closed. So that was my experience at this franchise in Lincolnton North Carolina off of exit 24.
Every single time I get Wendys I end up getting food poisoning. I’ve tried the longview, conover, and hickory locations and its food poisoning every single time. Either meat isn’t being stored correctly or its not being cooked correctly. Unacceptable.

Foods good. Closes earlier then other Wendy's. I like the burgers at Wendy's compared to other fast food chains.
