Very impressive selection of tea blends - but if you want it iced make sure you have time for it to steep. They have too many varieties to make a pitcher of each one. But the one I tried - coconut frenzy I think it was called - was delish and worth the wait. I also got a plain iced latte & forgot to ask for a plant-based milk so not sure what they offer in that regard. But the coffee flavor was better than other places (not burnt tasting & a rounder flavor - very nice) so I will have to come back & find out. In fact I definitely have to come back to try some more of their tea blends!

This little gem deserves 10 Stars!! Waterbean is Amazing! The Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and will listen to your likes, only to make you a masterpiece!If you are lucky, someone that knows how to play the piano will play you a song. If you want to stay and relax with your coffee/tea, it is served in a real glass. It’s the little things that make this establishment amazing!!And yes, I’m addicted!
Friendly, attentive, polite - that's how I'd describe the young red headed girl who helped. Bothered, rude, inattentive to guests/guest needs is how I'd describe the dark haired woman who thought it more important to clean a coffee machine than to greet me, take or place my order ? First time here and I order the Mango passion vegan smoothie. Pretty good taste, gets watery faster than I'd prefer but it's still tasty.
My husband and I stopped in for a special treat on a Saturday in April. The staff was truly helpful, kind, & patient with us newbies who wanted to see what Waterbean was all about. We were delighted. The staff helped me select my special coffee and I didn't feel rushed. They also answered my questions with enthusiasm about the beautiful cold drip coffee method, which is artfully displayed as part of the counter. They excelled with service, quality of product, & price point. The interior ambiance is fresh, modern, clean, but not intimidating or stand-offish. I'm looking forward to sharing this place with friends and family. Well done.
This place is so cute! The staff were very helpful explaining the options to a new visitor. Love to see a cafe with multiple roasts of espresso available for your drink! Seems like a really great amenity for students at the community college across the street.
Very cute shop and the coffee products and bagels were great, but I would not order the milk tea with boba ever again. The boba was cut into small pieces and was very hard and undercooked.
Always an amazing place to just unwind and chill. Great coffee and drink choices especially for those who like experimentation. Amazing friendly staff and offer great recommendations if you’re ever curious about certain combinations. Couldn’t recommend the place enough.

The girls at Waterbean on Startown rd are amazing! They always find a way to make you smile and the coffee is always on point. I’m never going to another coffee shop! They even wrote on my to-go box today!
