Great selection of flavors. Ice cream was good. Friendly employees. Prices are higher than listed on the online menu here. Waffle cones were a little stale.

generic ice cream. the employees are nice and work hard. maybe the owners will read this review and buy better quality ice cream even if it means higher prices. We really need a good ice cream shop in Hickory and this place could be great.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in with my two little kids who were super excited to get ice cream. Waited in line behind 4 other customers. When it was our turn to order, the cashier looked me dead in the eyes and asked the couple behind us what she could help them with. Appalled, we stood there for another few minutes while she got them a sample, thinking maybe she thought we had already been helped. Nope, we proceeded to be ignored by each of the 3 ladies behind the counter. I will never beg anyone to take my money. Off to Sweet Frog we go…probably a healthier option anyway.
Friendly staff, reasonable prices, good ice cream, restaurant was clean, quick service. If in the area and looking for some good ice cream, stop in and give them a try.
We have both driven through and stopped in for some ice cream at this place. The ice cream is good. Service is slowwww. We have waited for over fifteen minutes to get our ice cream here. It is a good place to get a unique ice cream concoction, but bring your patience.

Just moved to the area and was excited to try the local ice cream spot. I ordered a brownie sundae for myself and didn’t get the brownie part of my sundae. Since I was driving, I didn’t check to see if there was a brownie or not until I got home and took a bite. Honestly I am just confused as to how I ordered a brownie sundae and they forgot the brownie. They also didn’t include the nuts. I just have ice cream, fudge topping, and whipped cream lol. I tried to call after getting home but their phone is disconnected. I don’t know that I’ll be returning seeing as I feel like I just wasted my money.
