Went for the Boba, stayed for the frozen yogurt. While the decor/facility itself could definitely benefit from a reno, or even a good scrubbing, I didn't notice anything wrong with the food or drinks. The young women at the counter were all very helpful. Will visit again if I'm in the area.
EXTREMELY helpful and friendly staff, great and convenient location, ABSOLUTELY delicious bubble tea (strawberry-peach with tapioca). Will definitely visit again!
Their yogurt is tasty...I got strawberry & chocolate and the strawberry tasted so fresh, the chocolate is pretty good too (I love chocolate ?)! But next time I'll try more of the fruity ones.
I recently worked at this establishment. I quit because I found a better job. I came in today for a Thai tea and totally forgot it was Saturday. I thought it was Friday so I asked for happy hour. The employee put it in without saying anything about it being Saturday and then the owner texted me and said I was banned because I was “stealing.” I would have paid full price. I think this establishment is going down hill. The company is employee based. The employees do everything and there is barely ever a manager. They don’t get breaks. The store was ran by a 16 year old. She had to get stuff for the store and they made her sign a paper that if anything happens that they are not responsible. I do not condone this company. I don’t think anyone should come to it because the drinks are now disgusting.?
Well me and my mom looovvveedd this treasure find of a store when we FIRST moved here.. But the last few visits literally left a bad taste in my mouth..From the service to the frozen yogurt... Do anyone know if there is another one around?
Got a mango peach bubble tea with bobbas. It was good, would of liked a stronger mango peach taste, then I would give it 5 stars!!
I love this place!!! The flavors you can mix and they have the best boba tea and fruit tea!! A drive to the place from granite ia def worth itl!!! I try to go everyday!!
The complaints I have are this: One of the girls in there that make the drinks does not measure at all, so the drinks are nowhere near like they should taste. Also, y’all run out of Thai tea faster than you can snap your fingers. If you know for a fact that it’s the best seller, simply order more. I come in almost daily and if not daily at least 4 times a week, for my drink, Thai tea (if you haven’t tried it, it’s a must!). However; recently it’s been running out every week. It’s super frustrating sometimes; do I know how a business is ran? 100%. I was a manager, so inventory sometimes can get the best of us, which is understandable, but more business means more inventory needs to be gotten. Macy and Alex are genuinely the sweetest and are always helpful when it comes to a any style/drink flavor, they always are smiling and making conversation. It helps a business run smoothly, non personable people make it terrible, thankfully these two I deal with are cheerful and friendly. They both know my drink order like the back of their hand, which always makes my experience great. It is why I continue to give my business.
Yesterday (December 26) at around 2pm, I went there for the first time with my daughter and mom, because my daughter wanted Boba tea. There were two young ladies there. One of them, the one who was at the cash register was very nice and served me and my daughter the Boba teas. My mom went to see if she could get a Frozen yogurt, but the flavor she wanted was pure syrup when she tried it. We were told that all of them were just put in and we had to wait about 5 minutes for the ice cream to freeze over. The other lady that was working at the store came to the area where the yogurt was and pulled out the tray where my mom had tried to pour herself some yogurt, making an upset face because it spilled on the floor. She goes to a back room, to get a mop and comes back upset, she gave my mom a look behind my mom's back and then came to the front with the tray, and complained to the other coworker. All this while I was watching and there was another family there. I asked this lady who the manager was and she said, there was no manager, I asked who the owner was and she said she didn't know. I told her what I observed, that I thought it was rude and unprofessional. She denied ever giving my mom a mean look or complaining when it was so obvious that she did. I had never witnessed such outright disrespect to customers. Very rude young lady. I hope no one else has to experience what we did.
Good service, friendly staff. Got a honeydew, green tea boba. Felt the honeydew could have been sweeter. I thought the flavours were interesting. Seems like there are many toppings and even different boba flavours if you're more adventurous. The shop itself is clean and the staff can help you pick a flavour if you're not sure of what you want. The atmosphere was restful as we went around lunch time so you could probably stay here for a while with a book if you like reading. It's also great just to hang out with friends. They also have loyalty cards so make sure you get those stamped so that you can collect your free drink after 10 points :)
