Some staff are a little rude and just want you in and out literally ASAP, sometimes my orders are wrong, but overall it’s my go-to Taco Bell

Good Taco Bell, most times. Great quick stop before or after the gym that's right there.Beware Sunday nights though. They never seem to have enough people on shift for them, and the drive thru can take 30 minutes or more. It's hard to back out of that line too, if you decide against it partway in, so you may get dragged along for the ride regardless of whether you still want Taco Bell at that point. You get to see it happen to a *lot* of people.

This Taco Bell DOES NOT have it together at all. Ordered a mobile order to pick up in store and couldn’t even go in the store to pick it up. Had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru to get our food. Why even have the in store pickup as an option IF THE STORE IS LOCKED?! We scheduled the food to be ready at 8:30 which it was but had to wait in the drive thru until 9:15 to pick it up. By that time the food was luke warm at best. We will not be returning and will tell others to stay away from this one.

Worst experience ever the guy who was taking orders was taking 20-30 minutes just to take the orders and then was rude and mumbled something and slammed the slide window definitely calling corporate

I love Taco Bell food and there experience every time I am in my their for lunch break but this time, I pretty unsatisfied due to the facts they they don’t bother looking at the order before hanging out. Damitiri the cashier states that he hang me my food and my sauce when I specially ask the “fire sauce”. I know due to covid they have to keep all of safe by sealing it up with a sticker to help close but still they didn’t look what I needed. I love their food but their sauces does matters too. I do not eat hot sauces but fire is always my to go too. With all due respect just please hand me out what I need and thank you in advance.

Horrible! This is the second time I visit this location in a 5 month span. It will be my last. The first time, they left out an order of their cinnamon dessert. I let it slide as things happen. I didn’t complain, didn’t go back just took my loss. Today, my daughter wanted Taco Bell, I wasn’t too thrilled but went there anyway. I had 4 times in my order, 4! Two of which were simple fries order, a soft taco and a Chalupa. I get out of the drive thru and then as I’m leaving the lot, alas! No Chalupa in my bag. Maybe is the drive thru person actually took her time to take an order instead of asking persistently after every item “is that all” as if rushing people, they wouldn’t mess up people’s food all the time. Not gonna waste my money on this incompetent place anymore. Lesson learned.

I have tried to give this Taco Bell the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time in a row that I have gone and they messed up my order. If a worker from the line had not stepped up we would have left without the main tacos of the crispy Cantina Deluxe box, And I can tell that the worker was stressed and felt like they were the only ones that knew what to do and that's not a good work environment. The person in the window was giggling and I did not find the situation funny because you were handing me our boxes as if they were done and they were incomplete. They need to train their workers just a little bit more on how to complete the orders and on customer service. I understand things happen and you get new products and have new specials, all the workers need to be trained on what goes into the deluxe boxes or $5 boxes so stuff like this doesn't happen.

We went there last week and the food was great! Made exactly how I ordered it!! Thank you and keep up the Awesome work!! Also thank you for having a open dining room!Ate there again and the staff was really friendly and helpful, which we appreciate!! Hard to find that right now at alot of places. Our order did have mistakes but they took care of the matter no problem! We ate in so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Whoever made my burritos at the night shift 11ish on 1/27/22 we’re lazy on how’d they made my Grilled cheese burrito outside wasn’t even grilled just threw it on top and packed it. My other burrito was awful I love Taco Bell but this is my first time complaining about it. Lazy employees don’t even out effort into making the burritos

Everytime I order from here through drive thru or the app the entire order is wrong. I’ve yet to have a good experience and I’ve tried every other month as this is for some reason the Taco Bell my DoorDash always gets from and I am naive enough to think maybe they have new staff that are capable of reading an order. I’ve been terribly mistaken.
