Every time I come in they don't have anyone working the front counter no matter how busy they are. Can't go thru the drive thru because they only make one order at a time. It's so aggravating. Covid can't continue to be an excuse anymore. Get it together.
I am normally not this guy, but I have to be after 4 consecutive trips to this location and receiving the wrong order. It takes 15-30 minutes in the drive thru line, they are either highly understaffed or just slow as turtles. This place needs new staff from the ground up, apparently seeing the other reviews the manager doesn’t know how customer service works. Please get this store running right again. At one point this was the best Taco Bell around but you guys. People need to stop wasting there money here until they get their act together.
If you are trying for fast food this isn't the place. Drive thru takes 1 order every 10 minutes and the amount and quality of food is not worth the wait. Drive to another taco bell close and it will be better.
I always go to taco bell on hwy 321 hickory, never again the manager ,got. Food wrong, yelled at me I yelled bk. I said just give me money bk. She yelled she won't u get remade or nothing. Threw my reciet away. I. Asked nice guy too get. My receipt , he. Did. That woman doesn't belong as a manager.
Man I just went to this taco bell last night and ended up being so incredibly sick after eating it I'll probably never go back to this location ever again. It sprayed out of my backside and mouth let's put it that way. It was one of the toughest nights Ive had in a good while. But I will say it tasted excellent going down at least. Not so much coming back up...
I'm so sad. This used to be my favorite taco bell, but in the past year or so it's gone super down hill. Why would I wait an hour for food? I waited an hour and my order wasn't even right. You call that fast food? Come on guys this is stupid....
This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible. Got a Door Dash order and almost all the food was wrong and tasted old. They replaced items with things we didn’t even ask for. Awful I won’t ever come back! I live 5 min away and the food is always bad %99 of the time. This was the final time.
My crunchwrap had no meat and they didn't wrap half my tacos properly. Had meat on one side and everything else on the other. Place has been going down since I moved here.
The line was super long. Wait time over 30 minutes. Food was good. Staff super friendly, courteous, what a smile on her face. You can tell they were understaffed and doing the best they could possibly do. So if you don't mind the wait, it's not a bad choice. Hopefully they can hire some more staff like the cashier at the window. I didn't get her name but she was really friendly.
So I usually do not do reviews but this one was so bad I had to. So it didn't take to long to get my food through the drive thru. After I got it was cold all of it . And after taking a few bites I had a long hair pulling it out of my mouth that was baked into my taco . I tried calling well over 20 or more times and they would not answer. Needless to say they lost my service.
