I really like that they do online ordering so all you have to do is walk in and pick it up.. They seem to do pretty good on making our food but there has been a couple of times when I've ordered and got home and my sandwich only had like 2 pinches of. Lettuce ...
Excellent customer care and service at this location. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The food was so yummy too. The Subway locations in Charlotte do not compare to this location. Looking forward to visiting again.
The subs was really really good!!! But poor young workers just 2 was working that Saturday I was there , it was empty the vegetables trays poor lady and the young guy had to walk all across the restaurant to put the subs in the oven.

Very poor. Tried to look at menu on their website and all I got was a picture of their menu. Couldn't make out what was on it. Had to try to use my fingers to enlarge the photo and then move it around to read it. It didn't work. Beside th a t, I couldn't find any Saladin their menu. I've eaten there sales from this subway before. Tried to call and all I got was a recording and a bunch of options which had nothing to do with the food I wanted to order. Very pathetic. What happened to being able to talk to a real person so I can have some chance to get my food ordered and get the correct order? I won't be back.
Nice staff, the manager was very personable and friendly, he even gave me some pointers on what to order to get a fresher product! The 2 employees seemed new but they were great, too!

I ordered curbside on the app for the first time ever. I have a newborn at home and appear disheveled 90% of the time, so I did not want to go in. The service was quick and the order was done soon after I arrived, but didn't know I needed to check in on the app when I got there, and the woman who walked out my food was less than friendly about it. She didn't bring out my chips and bottled water. I politely asked for them and she told me I was supposed to come in and get them. What happened to curbside? I apologized and she went in the get the items and brought them out very hastly and obviously bothered. I apologized again, but she didn't seem to care much.
