I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks until now. I know it was late and close to closing time (about 10 min until 9), but I was in line before the lights went out, there was a lady in front of me waiting for her order to be taken, and a man waiting for his drinks. The guy got his drink and walked away, the order was taken for the lady in front of me, and then the lights "flickered." I stepped up to place my order only to be told that the shop is closed because the lights are off. The barista refused to take my order and insisted that the light was already off before I stepped in line. This is very unprofessional and not a good reflection on Starbucks service.
I enjoyed my drink here. I always get the mango dragonfruit with lemonade, and I always cruise around to look for items. For example, I will stare at the condom section while I take a sip of my delicious drink ?
Tried to go on my break from work and was told they were about to go on break and wouldn’t be back till 10:30. Not sure how you can just close the store for a break at Starbucks. 0/10 will never recommend or go back.

Had a disappointing experience at a different location so stopped in here and Blaise and the other staff were amazing. So kind and thoughtful. 10/10 recommend this location.

I don't usually go to Starbucks, but my daughter wanted to go in as we were shopping. This place was PACKED! There were 3 girls behind the counter and y'all, they were Awesome! Almost like they danced around each other. They got their orders correct and were Very friendly. I was Quite Impressed! I may actually come back to this store!
When I never visited your establishment before and I questions about your menu and you ask me to step aside so you can help the next person. Will be the day I call your corporate offices.
