Needed a pick me up for the drive back to Greensboro. This location was almost as busy as the one by my old place in Las Vegas, ran like a well oiled machine. Did an app order for inside pickup and it was done fast. Everyone had a smile on their face too. Keep it up! If I’m ever back in Hickory I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Customer service here is incredibly lacking. Rude baristas who act like the customers are a burden to them. I very politely inquired about my mobile order because I had been waiting 15 minutes, and the barista snapped at me with so much entitled attitude. It's her job to make coffee and help customers, if she doesn't like it. The location at 127 is better.

Got two grande drinks … both were very bitter , one drink was a hot chocolate that didn’t come with whipped cream OR mocha drizzle. Worst $6 I’ve ever spent . DONT WASTE TIME GOING HERE THEY WILL JUST MESS UP YOUR DRINKS

I love this Starbucks location. My wife used to work here, and when I'm nearby I like to stop. It's a great place to get work done or meet up with friends. The staff is very welcoming and makes great drinks.

Poor management! Only sign they have saying they're only taking cash is on the drive-thru speaker. When you see the sign it's too late, you can't back out! Horrible having to wait 15 minutes for nothing! I won't be back this one

this place is only accepting cash but the only sign they have is on the speaker of the drive-thru. no way to back out so you have to sit there for 12 mins for everyone else to get their stuff. piss poor management

I love Starbucks but the service at this location tends to keep getting worse and worse. I went in today to order a coffee with the gift card I received for Christmas. I was trying to add it to my app so I could receive stars for my purchase. I couldn’t quite figure it out so I thought I’d ask the cashier inside for some help. Donna was her name and she was extremely rude and told me I either needed to pay for the coffee or step out of line to figure it out. Well you’re defeating my purpose, Donna, as I was trying to get some help. I was very embarrassed and upset. She didn’t ask for my name or anything so I then did not know when my drink was ready and spent about 25 minutes waiting for it. I would leave just a one star review but after I left I called Starbucks customer service and the gentleman on the phone was so nice and apologized for her behavior, gave me the stars I should’ve earned, and refunded me the amount I paid for the drink. He overall was just amazing but I can’t say the same for all the people who work inside this location.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, slow service, orders made in advance not ready when you get to store.

Usually very quick for the long lines they have to deal with. The staff is usually friendly and efficient.Drinks in the day time are good, but it’s common to get a more watered down/under sweetened drink in the evening?

This location is way too small for the amount of business they do. The drive thru is small and prone to accidents, theres not enough parking or if there is a parking spot the line is so long they block the spaces, they’re always out of a lot of items, etc,.
