My last visit was the day after Mothers Day. We had a great host. He was very attentive to us. Wait time on food took a little longer than expected because there were only 4 tables that had people. The food was ok, but the older I get, I'm more disappointed with it. Just isn't as good as it used to be & over priced. The restaurant was clean, but had an "Old" smell to it.

We went straight in at lunchtime. My food was cold. I found it hard to find things on the menu. The waitress was ok but seemed to more interested in a gentleman who sat behind us. She never came to check with us about the food. I think she brought a receipt I'm not sure. I already had my card out so it was a quick transaction . When I look the next day at my account to see the transaction was over 75.00 . I wasnt given a receipt so I had no way to check the amount. It was very disappointing and I felt like I had been overcharged.

Got to this establishment at 5:50 was seated within 5 min My waiter freaking totally ignored me the whole time 6:10 still no server coming to acknowledge me 6:15 still he passes me go wait on other parties that even came in after me, i got another waitress and asked her to go get the manager Manger didn’t come to me i had to get up and go to the manager once he saw me talking to the manager he than wanted to acknowledge me I asked the manager maybe my kind (African American) wasn’t welcome there because everyone around me was being waited on The waiter and the manager very unprofessional and racism at it best

Visited here while in town for a short while. My daughter had the pasta, I had the lobster platter. Very good! Loved the cheddar biscuits as usual. It was a bit slow but understand everyone is on shorter staff these days. Hope to be back!

Last night my family ate at red lobster. The service was slow due to short staffing. We spent close to 2 hours there. 45 minutes to be seated with no wait time. We ordered pretty quickly but it took close to an hour for our food to get out to us. My husband ordered endless shrimp and waited almost 30 minutes after asking for a different type of shrimp. It was over cooked and spongy. The kind running the front, was seating people, busting tables and cleaning all while the had 3 waitresses. The manager never came from the back to help. We essentially spent 114$ on sub par food.

My husband and I went for a late Valentine's celebration dinner this past Saturday night. It was busy earlier in the evening, but by the time we arrived at 9pm, there was no wait. Dinner was served fast, the food was served hot, and the waitress was extremely pleasant and helpful. So far, so good! But when it came time to pay the bill, the waitress had me swipe my credit card right at our table, using the computer tablet that is placed at each table. After doing my card, it stayed in a "processing" mode for an EXTREMELY long time. Eventually, the waitress cancelled the transaction, and asked me to swipe my card again! I told her to wait, while I checked my online account to see if I had been charged as a result of the first attempt...which IT HAD charged me...and strangely, it was for $26 MORE than it should have been! The manager came over and apologized and explained that their system was not showing our bill as paid, and so unfortunately, I had to be charged AGAIN!!! Luckily, the second time it charged the correct amount. However, the first charge of $156.68 is STILL PENDING in my account as a hold, FIVE DAYS LATER!!! If not for this billing issue, I would've rightfully given 5 stars.

The food was really good! Wait times were a little long, but everywhere is experiencing short staff dilemmas. Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was nice. We will be back!

The food was fantastic, service so so, I had to ask for my all you can eat shrimp to go. Because they never asked if we wanted more.?? The women's bathroom has 4 stalls. Not one door shut?? And its dated and dirty. The door had so many fingers prints. Look like someone tried to do finger painting. Should clean the glass once in awhile ESPECIALLY with covid . The carpet and the ceilings need to be replaced. But if you're looking for good good great place
