Y’all gave us the tail end of your boneless wing batch. We got what looked like dried up shrimp pieces in our family bundle. Do better.
Our order didn't go through on the online order so employees tried to make it ALL on us. Restaurant was empty but when DIL and I decided to eat there it was a huge problem. Probably would have still been okay but our pizza was wrong and disgusting!! Goodbye Pizza Hut forever!!
Good food but the Wingstreet wings were too expensive. They were really good but... 12 for $24.99... That's on me. Next time I'll pay more attention.
Me and my significant other went there yesterday to eat after a day looking around town. The place wasn't too busy. We decided to dine in. We sat at a table that was pretty wobbly ? but then we decided to move tables. Our food didn't take too long to come out and our waitress was very friendly, patient, and helpful. I would recommend Pizza Hut over Dominos any day!!
Ordered curbside pickup, they refused to answer the phone and we could see then jus standing at the counter talking. We called 13 times and after waiting 20 minutes went inside to get our order. I’m immunocompromised and the fact that they just blatantly ignore curbside and refuse to answer the phone is ridiculous.
Unbelievable. I ordered pizza to pick up and it was fixed wrong. The staff was very polite and said I could keep the pizza and they would fix me another one. As I patiently waited for another 45 minutes I observed that Every single person that ordered pick up their order was wrong. Everyone got the same polite response that they could keep their pizza and they would make them another one. Then I noticed that even the people dining in were getting wrong orders. If you want a BOGO today is the day. I don’t know who owns that franchise but the place can’t be making a profit. Best of luck. I rated this a 2 star as the staff were at least apologetic and my 2nd pizza looks like it will be good.
Great food as usual. Just have patience if you call in a their phone system is having issues. Best to make your order online or in store for a few days.
My husband spent almost $50.00 on the triple BDB and all four of us were up sick all night.. nothing like hearing your toddler get sick. My husband said the sause tasted funny...
The staff is unprofessional and lazy. My husband and I ordered from here for the first (and last) time two days ago. I left feedback and no one has contacted me yet. Staff does not care about whether the order is right and do not answer the phone at all. We paid for multiple sauces with our order and only received one and we watched through the window as they purposely ignored us when we tried to get their attention to get our other sauce.I even honked the horn and two different employees walked past the window and paid us no attention at all. Supposedly the manager was in store as well and also did nothing.Little to no effort was put into the pizza they made, our pizza was not good and I could not even eat one slice of it. The sauce on the pizza and the marinara sauce I ordered on the side were completely different. I am pregnant and this threw my whole taste off and made the meal not worth having. Sauce was too sweet and tasted watered down. One of the worst food/customer service experiences I have received recently.
I never received my order when I call noone answered the phone I stayed on hold for 20 mins with no answer finally hung up called dominos and had then delivery food
