If I could give a minus zero, I would. The little, young assistant manager, or manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, hanging up on me. Because I was upset after waiting over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. Called and they said that it's on it's way. Called again after seeing online that my order was canceled because the driver had a flat tire, from the voicemail they left me. They said that I would have to reorder, and wait another hour. I start talking about my dissatisfaction and get hung up on. I get up at 4 am for work and definitely don't won't to be eating supper at 9-10 pm. They could have gotten my pizza to me through another driver or something. My online payment, absolutely better not come out of my account. Whoever you are, that hung up on me, unprofessionally, should be fired. I did not say one word out of the way to you. Whatever happened to profressionalism?
Worst pizza I ever had in my life....there was no sause on it I reviewed my order and it said orig sause when I called Mgr he said I didn't order sause when my order plainly said I did 28 bucks for a dry pizza with very little cheese this will be my first and last order
Don't like the fact that you have to call or go online to order. Sometimes it's nice to just pull up to a restaurant & place an order. With delivery it is great service! Always like to give a decent tip because they deserve every penny.
This is my non-square cut cheese pizza with extra sauce (looks like none) and even though I ordered extra garlic butter for the 3rd time they have forgotten it. I even called after I made my order to tell them over the phone to please don't forget it.I won’t order from there again.
We ordered the new Epic Pepperoni Stuffed Crust pizza at 4:25pm Sunday. Estimated delivery time was 55 minutes. It was an hour and 25 minutes when it arrived. It was a CHEESE pizza with pepperoni and cheese in the stuffed crust. It was lukewarm, again NO pepperoni on the actual pizza. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else for pizza.
Staff is super friendly, food is hot and fresh.Prices are a bit high but definitely worth it all things considered. The brunette that is the GM is smoking hot. Runs the place like a Swiss watch. Mean as hell, but demands and receives respect. Last time I went in the manager was nine months pregnant still slamming out pizzas left and right. This store has a true leader and it shows. Also seems like a great organization with their affairs in order.Viva Papa!
Great Cobb salad, meatloaf is wonderful, Bathrooms were spotless The staff comes out and waits on you. There is also a Bar

Not sure what has changed but it doesn’t seem to be a good one. Thought I was trippin until I read the other reviews below. My stories matched theirs verbatim . My pizza was not hot, better off picking it up myself. The dude taking the orders was more interested in collecting my money rather than me making sure I have through instructions to our house to avoid the driver getting lost via GPS . Assuring me they would call(they didn’t)… just over it ,
