Walked in today and we were the only ones in there. Most of the tables were covered in crumbs and napkins, one table was actually left with food all over it. So we picked a table and brushed it off. The whole time we were eating no one came out to clean any of the tables. One young man finally cleared the tables covered in food but then went back behind the counter and neglected to wipe or clean any other tables. When my daughter and I went to leave we took our dishes to the plate area. Both areas were completely full and toppling over. In fact when I went to put my plate up they actually all fell over and I had to touch all of them to re-stack them. There were Atleast 2 people working and literally the place was empty, not sure why they couldn’t come out and clean up the restaurant.
The slowest drive thru EVER. Waited 15 minutes for a single charged lemonade. Came back with a friend the next week and waited another 15 for two bagels. There was no one else in line and the place was nearly dead. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. Going in and sitting down I’ve gotten nothing but subpar service—dirty tables, insane wait times, rude staff—from a location that rarely ever seems busy while I’ve been there.
There was a little wait in line but to her credit there was only one cashier and she did a phenomenal job. The food was prepared and out in a reasonable time due to the busyness of the store. Everything tasted delicious and was completed as ordered.Really enjoyed the strawberry mint lemonade. And of course the 99 cent dessert when you ordered a drink and a meal.I think the price was a little high but everything is going up due to the bad economics.
Went for dinner, they were almost sold out of everything. After we ordered, we went by the window kitchen and the employees were throwing food at each other and some of it hit my wife. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.Tables were not clean and there was food everywhere on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. Tons of food all over the dining room floor.
This place has really gone down. New management? What’s going on?
My order was correct! Salad was nicely prepared even with items added. I love your fugi apple chicken salad and it did not disappoint. Your clerk was friendly. Thanks it was a good filling lunch.
Everything was delicious though most of the cookies and pastries were gone. We were there between 3:30 and 5:30. We also got some items to take home with us. I had the tomato soup in a bread bowl. Delicious. Someone else got the pick two; tomato soup and a salad. Also delicious. We got cinnamon crunch bagels to take home and chocolate croissants. Very good!!! I was disappointed with the decaf coffee. It didn't taste right and they didn't have cream for it, only half and half. But they did let me get a different drink. They had several different iced teas and a few different fruity iced teas. I got the green one which was excellent and not too sweet.
Visited this Panera Bread location for lunch and it was amazing! At first I had no clue what to order but a worker named Adam helped me choose the perfect lunch. I ended up ordering the smokehouse BBQ chicken sand-which with a soup and was delicious. The store looked very well kept and stocked. You got yourself a returning customer! Thank you!
Lady taking our order made it feel like we were causing the end of her world when we placed our order. Our sandwiches were not made all that well. They fell apart easily. Also seems the prices have skyrocketed. Also tables had not been cleaned recently.
Bacon turkey bravo sandwich was very fresh and delicious! Great portions of sauce and meat. The woman at the drive thru was very sweet. Really awesome drive thru stop on my road trip when I was not feeling McDonalds or anything greasy!
