Just moved to the area. After visiting this location twice, I’ve vowed never to return. Horrible service and even worse tasteless coffee.
Ordered to go with door dash. Took an hour to receive the food and when I did, the soup was missing. There was rotten, wilted lettuce on the sandwich. And the absolute worst parfait I’ve ever eaten in my life! Never again!
The counter attendant was incredibly kind and courteous and friendly with me and my companion's somewhat complicated order. This attendant was working the counter on Sunday, May 15 at around 7PM, wish I had gotten his name.
Found out the hard way that if you order delivery it actually goes through door dash. I have a door dash account but did not order through them. Order was incorrect but Panera said to contact door dash and door dash has no record since I ordered on Panera website. So we have NO resolution.
The restaurant is clean and staff are friendly, speedy & efficient. However the food really needs some work. We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and a toasted smoked bbq chicken 1/2 sandwich. The soup was ok but under seasoned and lacked flavor. The baguette was so tough to chew it was not pleasant. The sandwich was also hard to chew and was very dry. It ready needed more bbq sauce or something and the smoke flavor was nonexistent. Overall for such small portions and a $20 price tag this does not make it to the top of our list. We won’t be back.

I just got a Caesar salad from there a little bit ago and it was one of the best ones I’ve ever had if I could give more than 5 stars I would I also got a brownie and it was delicious
