It doesn’t make sense I have to sit on the phone for 20 minutes pressing 1 or 2 just to get thru and place a to go order. this WAS every time I called, they never pick up the phone so they lost me as a customer. wont even dine in
My friend and I came in late last night and sat at the bar. The waitress/ bartender was very kind and helpful when we had questions. Most people at other restaurants would have rushed us so they could close up but not this lady and it was her birthday! The food was delicious and she was very attentive to any needs we could have had. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting quality food, great service and reasonable prices.
Over the past year this steakhouse went down hill fast. They don’t know how to cook steak. Asked for medium rare and got burnt. Tried again a couple months later and same thing.
Ordered to-go 5pm to bring to hotel room. Word to the wise, this is the third time in different areas of the US I have been sold an old lunch brownish baked potatoe for to-go. My conclusion is that Outback has an unwritten policy to use the old potatoes for to-go orders betting it is too much trouble for customer to get back in the car to return for fresh baked. And use freshly baked potatoes for the dine-in customers.
I visited both Outback and Longhorn this weekend. Outback was so much better, it wasn't even a competition. The sirloin steak was so tender and cooked perfectly. The salad was made with fresh ingredients, unlike elsewhere. The loaded mashed potatoes and salted caramel cookie skillet are always delicious! Our server, Melody, was super efficient, fast and friendly! Best experience I've had in a restaurant in a very long time!!!
My son took me here for Mother’s Day and it was such a nice experience. We expected a long wait because of the holiday but it was shorter than we thought it would be. Our server, Melody (?) was super nice and efficient, our orders were correct and delicious, we were made to feel like family and overall it was a great experience. Definitely coming back soon!
steak with shrimp on the barbie was delicious usually I was A1 steak sauce No thafcsteak was beautifully seasoned. food was delicious! The waiter was the most professional one we have ever had. he was awesome at his job .
Good food, very nice waitress, good service, and good atmosphere. The pics are of their new chili. I would recommend.
Best steak ? hands down. Normally, we come on the weekends, but we made a midweek stop tonight. Usually we have a 30-45 ⌚ minute wait, but tonight there was no wait. We had a very delightful young man as our server, he stayed on top of things, and made us feel very much at home ?️. The food was amazing as always, they know exactly how I like my steak.
New updates inside since last time. It’s pretty. I can’t say I come here often. I’d rather say it’s a treat once a year maybe. They do have a good variety of food but this time I tried to stay on lighter side and ordered salad. All our meals were good and filling.
