We continue to try and give this location a chance when it comes to takeout, but they continue to under deliver and fail miserably. Orders are consistently made wrong, items are missing and concerns are met with disdain by managers. Even in short staff times - items can still be made correctly and as requested or indicated on the menu, yet this seems to be a monetary challenge for this location. There are far better options in Hickory, so look elsewhere.
Been here a couple times and they're pretty consistent. The food is typical for chain restaurants. The service was great though. I'd definitely come back.
Everything was ok until I ask for some hot sauce and the waitress return with some expired hot sauce. It killllmy steak wasted $30my totals bill was $81. I regret going there all because the expired hot sauce dont go there..
We had a good experience today. The service was good and the food was good. This place looked really clean. The restrooms were not so clean. Everything seemed to run smooth. It got crowded and I can tell the staff can handle large crowds.
Haven't been here in years but have already made plans to go back. Food and service was phenomenal! So many choices and such a variety. Even the kids were excited. We all left happy and well fed. Our waiter was excellent. He saw that we had drink the entire time and he was very pleasant. Definitely a we'll tell everyone we know to come here experience. Thanks!
Have been to Hickory location twice in 3 months. Excellent service in spite of minimal staff for a packed restaurant. Wait staff are running to keep up. Food has been very good. Specialty margarita was tart but tasty. Would definitely return.
Great experience for my first time coming here. Comfortable environment with great staff. Our waitress Haylee displayed excellent customer service and gave great effort to make sure all of our needs were met! Definitely would recommend.
I just recently ate at this establishment and had such an amazing time. My waitress, Angela, was super nice, quick, and truly went over and beyond for me and my children just to give us a fantastic dinner night for our family. Definitely coming back for the best service I have ever had. And the food was banging as well. Over all best night out at any restaurant I have ever been to.Dear O'Charleys, that waitress deserves a raise, reward, or a vacation because she was amazing.
Food was yummy!! Service was great!! Go see Carmen during lunch if you are in the area! Tea is full and food was hot!!!
We had dinner tonight and our server Charles was amazing! Definitely recommend asking to sit in his section! He will put a smile on your face and provide excellent service!
