They may have been short staffed but the food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. The staff were very friendly and I would return again. Definitely recommend visiting.
Usually pretty good. Not enough employees my last visit, but similar problem everywhere.
The people working were very nice and positive. They were unorganized. For 4 people working there they let the line back up. Part of the problem was online orders were messed up which made a huge problem. I waited at least 15 min. To order. My son had went next door to firehouse at the same time I went to moes got his sandwich and had finished eating it before we even checked out. What's this about not restocking certain items at 7:00? Cilantro lime rice was completely out. If you run out of both rices are you just not going to serve rice? The top of the food case was also covered in dust, cleanliness is an issue. That being said food was fairly good, just needs better management.
Delicious as always! We want to say thank you to the staff working tonight 4/9. They were working with only 3 people! They were so polite and apologized for the wait. We were in no hurry and we appreciated their kindness.
Little bit of a long wait but the cashier was really nice. They just need more help. I can work weekends and have experience at Moe's ;)
Arrived at 7:18 PM on Tuesday 3/8/2022. They were out of white rice and guacamole and were not making any more. They were already cleaning the griddle and didn’t plan on using it for the rest of the evening. We couldn’t have been the only disappointed people this evening. Why would they be cleaning and shutting down equipment if they don’t close until 9:00 PM?
Food was delicious and staff was awesome but the real reason I give it a 3 star because the company is using a lot of plastic utensils like trays and stuff. We need to cut down the use of plastic since we are sinking in plastic trash not doing anything about it. There's more options like paper trays for example. But other than that it is a great place to eat relaxing
Very enjoyable, very friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. Always love the salsa bar.
Visited at about 2:30 on a Thursday and it was not crowded at all. I was maybe the 2nd customer in the building. The 1st associate who started to take my order took a call on his phone within the 1st 2 minutes of my order and walked off. Then a few minutes later another associate came up and very slowly started to take over my order. There was another employee standing there working on something for a catering order. There didn't seem to be urgency from anyone. The employees were friendly but I was in a hurry and my food was cold once I finally got it.
