An absolute joke of a restaurant. Drive 3 min down the road to anywhere else and save yourself. The buns were stale, meat obviously warmed up multiple times, fries were cold, and we got double charged for ordering a large. McDonald’s is no longer a cheap option, as it costs the same as everywhere else. Main difference is everywhere else makes decent food.
I love how McDonald’s employees think the sauces come out their paycheck. I even offered to pay for the “extra” sauce (there was none in my bag) The McDonald’s employee proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for extra sauce cups. Again I said that was fine. Then she proceeded to get huffy and puffy then told me “I don’t Have damn time for this” and threw my sauce packet at me! Like that was totally uncalled for. I didn’t give you attitude and I offered to pay for the extra sauce. I ordered nuggets and fries. Sauce comes with my order I should get it. I don’t normally complain bc this seems silly to complain about but honestly it just blew me away how I was treated when I did nothing wrong. I also called the store multiple times. Someone picked up but the phone doesn’t work so I wasn’t able to physically speak with anyone.
Terrible experience. The manager acted like I was bothering her by redeeming a coupon code that McDonald's gave me. If you got a problem with people using their points or coupons don't give them out. Pretty simple. Plus all the McDonald's act like their drink machines out in the dinning area is broken when infact they're just trying to regulate the amount of refills you get. Sorry place
If I could put 0 stars I would. Tonight I was asked to pull up and wait on my food and I watched several cars pull by getting bags and bags of food. Also I watched the cashier get handed a DOG thru the window. When I went and said something she said my wait time was bc they were making my mcchicken fresh(about 20 minutes). Which it was the furthest thing from that. And as for the dog her reply was she washed her hands. I told her that is disgusting and people have allergies. She told me to leave. Definitely turning this in first thing in the morning
What can we say about McDonald's. You have 12 people in the window and food is thrown in your bag all kinds of crazy ways. You can definitely prepare yourself a wait because you know the 12 people inside standing need their safe place. Over kill on asking for extra ketchup on your sandwich because it was doused. But this is the new McDonald's standard. Cheap food that should cost less but those 12 hours of labor have to be paid for. We don't want them not to be able to stand at the window by themselves.
Extremely poor service, I ordered a cheeseburger bundle and a Big Mac meal and was told to wait at the 1st parking station for my food. Only for an employee to come out with a Large Fries only order. I told him that's not what I ordered and showed them the receipt. Waited 37 minutes for food. Called them just so that they could tell me they handed my food off to the wrong person! If employees aren't doing their best at their job or enjoying their job, just quit! Pathetic service!
they left our 3 of our items, then caught an attitude when they handed us our food that THEY MESSED UP. just down right rude and didn't want to fix the problem. they acted as if we weren't worth helping. only thing is the food was good. but horrible customer service
Ordered a Mocha Frappé with Extra Oreo topping. I got barely any whipped cream and no one topping. The cookie pieces that they put in there, were all on the bottom and not even blended into the drink. I'm very disappointed in this location.
We had the nicest employees ever at this McDonalds. The lady taking our order sounded like she actually enjoyed her job. The lady making our ice creams was so sweet and called my hubby sweetie maybe 3 times while handing him the order. They actually seemed like they cared about their job!! That does not happen much any more!!
*Very rude and incompetent employee at the speaker. No matter what I said she did not understand and got smart with me. This is not how you treat customers.They were busy, but the drive thru employee shoved my husband's drink at him when the lid wasn't even on and spilled it all over his clothes and the car. There was almost no sauce on my burger. I ordered large fries and it was only filled up half way. I ordered a French vanilla coffee and it was like drinking straight up creamer. The only good thing I can say is that at least the fries were fresh. You all can do better.
