Several staff was playing on phones. The man who came to take our order stated he worked for IT and was there to CK out the equipment but would take our order. I picked out the cleanest table and sat down to find my arms stuck to the table cause it was sticky.went to the bathroom and got paper towels and wet them to wash the table off. Doubt I will go back to that location.
I just moved to the area and was surprised in the differences in a Mcdonalds from back home. First, you could not order inside, drive through only. Which is ok I suppose but seems to be some left over covid restriction thing. I ordered the sausage egg mcmuffin and I was surprised that it came with scrambled egg folded instead of the round fried hard egg that every other McDonald's seems to serve. I also tried to order ice coffee plain, and supposedly that means black ice coffee, and you can not get it with cream and liquid sugar without getting a flavoring. Not the best experience.
Very disappointed in the lack of service at this store. My 4 year old granddaughter and I went in to get something to eat. We couldn't get anyone to acknowledge we were even there. If you didn't place your order on the kiosk you weren't able to place an order. For me that was a problem because I had a coupon. One lady had sent her son up to get a water cup but not one employee offered to assist him. After about 3-4 minutes the mom came up and stated she needed a water cup. Someone making orders on the line could be heard telling her to ask one of them; them being the 3 people working the drive thru. One of those was a manager. Yet not one of them acknowledged her, me or the gentleman standing there. There's a display beside the counter with cups in it. Apparently you have to help yourself to them since you're placing your order by kiosk now. So the mom got her cup and went about her business. My granddaughter and I left and went to Wendy's. If this is good business practice and people keep accepting it as such then nothing will get better. And y'all want to be paid for ignoring the people who help pay your wages. WOW!!
Went to walk in the door when a woman who works there walked out at the same time I approached the door. She said, “I’m sorry our lobby is closed due to short staffing.” There were several customers inside and eating, yet no signs on the door to indicate otherwise. We went back to the car, and as we drove off to go somewhere else, we saw people inside ordering at the kiosk. Pretty disappointing as it was clear she didn’t want us to come in as we were too much of an inconvenience. We went there to feed our 15 month old because feeding her in the car isn’t ideal. They need to close this location down for good if they can’t keep enough staff rather than make customers feel as though they are a bother and that they aren’t being treated the same as everyone else. Clearly other people were dining and ordering inside. They also should consider this choice with rising fuel prices, I am sure people won’t be too keen on drive through being the only option; they won’t want to sit in drive through lines burning up their fuel. I’m afraid this location should realize that they just don’t have what it takes to compete in todays economy. Hopefully you don’t have stock investments in this company.
Worst service ever experienced. With Me being in management It Bothers me to see how bad of service I was Given along with Others. I Waited 30 minutes for a 20 piece chicken nugget. People was coming in Waiting 20-30 minutes for curbside and it was sitting on the counter the entire time. One of the girls had an attitude with every customer coming in to order Asking if they was “Ready to order or not”. Will not be coming back to this Location.
We ordered two shakes and a slushie and paid for it. We get to the window and they tell us they don't have the slushie flavor we want. I say ok just switch it to another vanilla shake. They come back with that will be an upcharge. I was shocked they just didn't make rhe switch but they wanted their extra dollar. So I give them back my card and the cashier swiped it out of my hand and I took offense to that. The manager told me not to be angry I laughed and asked for my card back and I left with out the situation escalating. We only got one shake for $10. What a ripoff. This happened on Apr. 6 at 810pm.
The ladies on the Early morning shift are the reason I give this McD's 5 stars and would give em six if I could! They are always nice and courteous and if occasionally they mix up an order, they immediately make it right! These ladies are the best of McDonald's and they will do you Right! Please patronize their restaurant, you won't regret it.
If you're short staffed close one of the drive thru lines. Sat there and waited in the line closest to the building while 4 or 5 cars on the outside lane went through before we ended up leaving.
The fries were cold, and my sandwich was out together by someone who couldn't care less about making sure the cheese was centered, or that the sauce was even, or anything else. Additionally, the actual burgers in a Big Mac have gotten so small, you're lucky if you can taste them. The tables were dirty as well. Seems like no one cares anymore about anything.
The dining room is open, that’s all the good news. Bathrooms don’t have soap (that’s nasty) Only came here because Chick fil a is closed on Sundays. Although, I could have bought a Chick fil a sandwich yesterday…. Left it in my car…. And I guarantee it would have been more fresh than the MCDonalds chicken sandwich I just got today.
