These guys are doing the good work today. I went somewhere else they were rude like you gotta get them early...People have lives outside of donuts sadly... They prepared properly for National Donut Day. Also, Thank you for handling the situation with grace and many donuts! Has always been my favorite donut and today they earned more business when it's not National Donuts Day. Thank you guys!
I don't typically leave bad reviews but I would avoid this Krispy Kreme or at least make sure you actually got what you went there to get. Stopped by this morning on the way to work because the hot sign was actually on. The inside was closed so I went to drive thru and asked if the doughnuts were hot and was told yes. However, I received doughnuts that were ice cold and tasted like they had most likely been made the previous evening. If one of your main marketing items is that your product is hot and fresh please deliver or turn off your sign and tell your customer when they ask.Will not be back.
If I could give zero stars I would! The male night manager is beyond rude. I repeated my order to them twice through the drive thru, when they said it back to me wrong a third time I told them no, that’s not what I said… then they said just pull ahead for your order, I did then they took my coupon for one free glazed dozen but only gave me one dozen of half glazed and half chocolate dipped glazed? Which wasn’t at all what I wanted when I told them I needed an box of free glazed regardless bc they took my coupon they said they were out, the manager walked over and told me I had my order and told the guy at the window to close the window until I left.. there was a long line behind me waiting what was I suppose to do since the lobby is closed?! I will never return to this location! I’ve never been treated like that before over something I ordered and they clearly just wanted to get rid of cold dry donuts even with the light being on.. just so rude, don’t waste your time on something that’s not worth it!
I had a small mess up on my order and they handled it really well. Donuts are very delicious! Cameron is such a sweet heart, very generous. All of the staff members are great!
2 doordashes in 2 days and the only reason i took them it paid well. But to have to sit in the line for 15-20 minutes everytime is getting ridiculous. I understand places are short staffed but i thought the doughnuts were mass produced?♂️
We finally got some hot now Donuts but I ordered a dozen of assorted Donuts too and I got too hot and now doesn't instead so service is a little weak but they are short staff so they did a good job as far as I'm concerned
The doughnuts are kinda good but they need to hire new people, the young people that's working here now are really bad, they go so slow, they don't know what there doing, they need older people working with them
Staff did an excellent job getting everyone through the drive-thru quickly & efficiently. The doughnuts were delicious too.
Whether these doughnuts are served freshly cooked or cold their always my favorite. You guys need to try Gluten free, I know it would definitely sale. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lobby closed. Long car lines wasting 3.00$ a gallon gas! However, the cold donuts were tasty.?
