Good food, friendly people, the wait was long, but then we had 16 people! A good time was had by all!

it was so delicious! love it.

Always enjoy when we stop in here for some delicious food and little entertainment while you wait. Each table has its own chef that cooks your food right in front of you and majority of the time they put on a fun little show while they prepare your delicious food. I would highly recommend giving this place a chance if you have never tried it. If you have tried it I'm about positive that you have enjoyed this place numerous times. They are usually pretty busy but the wait time is usually pretty reasonable.

Normally I love this place but today was a horrible experience. It started off with the cook burning the carrots, they tasted horrible, and not cutting all the fat off the steak. I was willing to overlook that as everyone makes mistakes but then the cook decided to pour an ENTIRE ladle of shrimp sauce on the top of my food over my plate without me asking for it. It completely ruined my dish! I never asked him to do that, he just took it on himself to do it. I was SO MAD! My dish costs $18.99 and he completely ruined it, I could barely eat it. I complained to the waitress and she didn't do anything. In fact she had someone else drop off my credit card back to the table and he didn't say a word to me either about my complaint. HORRIBLE customer service, I will never go back there again, after wasting $18.99 on a dish that I can't eat.

The wait was not so bad for dinner time, however, the server was the worst. He was VERY rude and only stopped at the table to refill drinks. Never asked if we needed anything else, how is everything, NOTHING. The cook was worse than the server. We’ve been to many teppenyaki restaurants but this is by far the worst establishment ever. The cook was pouring yum yum sauce and when we said we didn’t want any, he says “well don’t use it then” and just left the sauce on the table. Most places ask if there is anything else we wanted. The cook at these types of places interact with the paying customers, but not this one. He came to the table, cooked the food and that was it. Now I know why the other two Kobe’s closed, poor and rude customer service.I don’t plan on ever returning there.

always great food every time I go there waiters cooks are nice

The food is prepared on a griddle in front of you. We had a party of 11 celebrating several birthdays. The chef was good and engaging with the party. There was a mix up on the orders but he made it right in the end.

My girlfriend, her daughter, and I went here last Friday evening. The experience was great! The food was delicious. I had the salmon & steak combo, my girlfriend had the teriyaki chicken and so did her daughter. The staff was friendly and the service was good. They forgot to bring the onion soup, but they were nice enough to bring it out after the meal. Still a great place, we will be back!

We just went last night, it was not worththe money. I have an 8 year old son that really enjoys watching them cook and the entertainment. However last night the cook came in, cooked and left. There was no interaction at all, very disappointed.

The chef was polite and humorous but he got the order wrong for every person in our party and we had to keep correcting him as to who got what. The experience felt very rushed as they were bringing checks as soon as the food was served and to - go boxes before we were even halfway through our entrees. While they refilled sweet tea for some members of my party I was never given or offered a refill on my Diet Coke. In fact the server never checked in with me at all and I was unable to ask for water, a cocktail, or dessert when he went rushing by. The manager grew annoyed with us for taking too long to leave and finally came over to inform us that others had been waiting for a table for two hours and wish us goodnight. The food was ok, but not the most remarkable I’ve ever eaten. The experience, was rushed and the dining room was loud (particularly when they bang the birthday gong) and the service fell short and the manager was rude.
