Ordered a sub For delivery, just one small turkey sub, I Live under a mile away but have a newborn so delivery sometimes can be easiest. An hour past and still no sub delivery, I ended up calling just to cancel it, I thought Jimmy John’s was supposed to be fast? Especially when you live by one
I moved to hickory about a year ago. The past 4 times I’ve been to this location they have been out of bread or said that it will take 45 minuets to make. How does a Sandwich Shop run out of bread. They also will have 8 people working at a time so there is no excuse to be out of bread. It seems like they could careless. Don’t waste your time going here
Ordered a sandwich 70 minutes ago and don’t have it yet. When I called to check on it, I got “Sorry, we opened late.” Clearly they could not care less. Will not be ordering again.
I was craving Jimmy John's for lunch but I'm at work and unable to leave. So I went on the website and placed an online order at 12:56pm. The order was received at 12:58pm. I kept checking the tracking and nothing. After two phone calls my lunch arrived at 2:03pm and Jimmy John's is literally right across the street from my work!!! They are known as "Freaky Fast" ugh NOOO. False Advertising at it's finest. What a joke. My sandwich meat was warm when it's supposed to be cold. I won't order from here again.

Ordered 2 sandwiches with chips. Live behind Jimmy John’s. 4 phone calls and 2 hours later we finally got the delivery. Couldn’t cancel order because it would take a week for the credit card to process. This is bad business Jimmy! We’ve been loyal customers since you opened in the Viewmont area. Your service has always been 5+ stars. The sandwiches never disappoint. Today, shame on you Jimmy John’ in Viewmont!!However, the delivery guy tried to make it up.
If you have teenagers DO NOT LET THEM WORK FOR THIS PLACE. Osha, that still works there, PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED my nephew and NOTHING was done about it. The manager doesn't know what he is doing. Since it is privately owned Corporate will not step on unless someone gets HURT. One of the owners is a sexist who doesn't like when WOMEN call him out. So again if you have teenagers or anyone looking for a job DO NOT WORK at this location.
The owner employed some one with the name Osha who PHYSICALLY ASSUALTED MY TEENAGER. She is ALWAYS RUDE and disrespectful. Since it's a private owned business, corporate won't do a SINGLE THING. PARENTS: DONT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE!
The 2nd lead person, a young lady, is always rude in some way or another. The restaurant is near my home and I like the food, but if she is in that building, you can rest assure that you will get a condescending attitude from her. Even when calling ahead to place a pickup order.
I will never order from the hickory location again. I am literally in walking distance of this location at my job. I ordered a sandwich and two cookies at 11:49 and it is 1:14 and it hasn’t arrived. I called and the manager instead of apologizing, gave me a run down of why my food wasn’t here. He said they were behind and that’s it . I will be ordering somewhere else from now on .
