Racism isn’t a good look on management, take care of your staff. It’s a managers job to manage situations, and ensure that no one is being harassed or discriminated in the work place. Do better.
Racist customers are considered more important than employees being treated with dignity and respect. Sandwiches are trash too
The racist manager stood there and let a customer verbally attack an employee and then told the employee it was there fault and fired her. I bet he complains about not having enough employee too… wonder why nobody wants to work for a them.
The manager here is very racist, does not stand up for his employees. Because of the terrible management I will never eat here.
