My recent visit to this location proved to me that the person in charge of this location makes sure good food and service are always provided. My favorite is the salad bar and it didn’t disappoint. It was both fresh and filling and offered a good variety. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating as well. I will definitely be back.

I had recently visited here twice within the past week. The service was very fast and efficient. We didn't have to wait too long for our food to be delivered to our table. The first time I had the Beefeater and it was fantastic as well as a bowl of pasta salad which was also great. The second time I had the Chicken Panini which is probably my new favorite from there. I had it with a side of ranch to dip it in which made it even better. I also had a few bites of the Carmela which was very tasty as well with a bit of a kick to it. The restaurant was very clean and seemed very well kept. I would highly recommend this place to any family members or friends if you are traveling in the Newton/Hickory area.

I love the massive huge Pollo Mexicana baked potato! I've dined in before also, thier salad bar is the bomb! I also always get the chicken Ceasar wrappve it! There food is healthy and fresh! I picked this potato up yesterday actually 3 of them abd a chicken Ceasar wrap ?! I just added hot sauce and cilantro when I got home! Very nice people too! Recommend this to everyone, after I get my nails done I walk over next door to them gotta get something its delicious before I leave!! Sorry I had already ate on this spud lol!

I unfortunately had a very disappointing first experience at Jason's Deli. I ordered online and was given a time of 1:21 for my order to be ready. It ended up taking an extra 30 minutes as they were clearly short staffed. The employees working were kind and doing their best, but it seemed like this was a normal thing for them. I was waiting with a number of other frustrated customers in the lobby and ended up being late meeting friends at the park. The food was fine, but not worth the money or the wait.

Placed order at 10:17. We were the only people in the restaurant. At 10:50 we still had no food. I went up the the counter with our receipt and stated we still hadn’t gotten our food and that I would like a refund. The employee said he had to go ask his manager what he needed to do and he would be right back. He returned and refunded us cash for the meal. The manager never even stepped foot up front to offer an apology or explanation or anything. By this time there was only one other family in the restaurant. It’s not like he or she was too busy to apologize. Very poor management.

Usually a very relaxed atmosphere with helpful employees. We usually get the Beefeater with no Mayo. The big size and split it with the salad bar, which by the way is the real reason we eat here! Salad bar is the best option here if you can’t decide and the soups are very good as well. I suggest the pasta salad from the bar. Overall, always good food and a pleasant time here

Where do I start? I had a box lunch through my church. Finally made it down here in person. Things I love: chicken salad sandwich on wheat, they actually have a ginormous tea cup, salad bar, free ice cream, very clean, and wonderful friendly staff. Highly recommend. Totally rate it way better than Panera or anything similar. In fact I'd say save your money eating out elsewhere and go here!!!!

The Turkey Mufalletta sandwich kicked off the taste buds! Only disappointment was i only asked for the 1/4 sandwich. After a quick google search that was the first time I had greens... nice!!! Girl at the counter brought it all together she definitely spotted a non regular. thanks !

Food was great but the lady that took orders at the front counter on 02/21 needs to get her attitude in check. I ordered some food for dine in and it was fine. I really liked one of the sandwiches and was going to order a couple more to share with some friends but lunch rush via phone/app orders created sort of a rush. When I ordered, the employee sighed and told me it would be 25-30 minutes at least since they are short staff and really busy. I told her, if that is the case, then it's ok, I don't want to place an order and just needed a to go box for the meal I purchased for dine in. She copped an attitude and started saying things under her breath. I don't know what crawled up her but there was no reason to throw your frustration at me. I love the food here but it will be awhile before I return here. Don't work in hospitality if you cant hold your emotions back.

Jason’s in Hickory always a great choice. We are locals and choose Jason’s often. Today was special! Due to snow everything else was closed but Jason’s friendly staff is always willing to please. We even left with a special treat! Thanks to the Hickory Jason’s you guys are the best!!!
