I love Jack in the Box! I think this is the first time I've been to this location, but whether near Charlotte, NC or in the Statesville area, I've always had a great experience.JitB is a better class of fast food; lots of different foods on the menu; they are affordable, the service is fast and friendly, and the food is always hot enough to burn your mouth if you dig in right away (a good thing, and only in reference to the cooked stuff).As pictured, tonight I had the tiny tacos, 2 regular tacos, a bacon/swiss burger, and a 3pc eggrolls with sweet/sour sauce!Thank you Jack in the Box, you never let me down!! (Though I wouldn't hate it if you put a location in Greensboro ?)
Went through drive thru. They are always nice and repeat the order back. They usually have several bilingual people there ( Spanish speaking).The drive thru is fast
Pulled in drive threw and tried to order but had to leave because of the smell of sewage and the building had a big hole in the wall. I hadn't ate there in years and definitely want be back for a few more years
Prices have been raised and it was $37 for me and my fiance to eat there. For fast food that's kind of expensive in my opinion we can almost go eat at a steakhouse almost 20 extra dollars. The service was friendly and fast.
Jack n box 321 hickory,seems like when there's a certain group working night shift they put a sign out at drive thru,closed open back at 5am, unless they are doing a lot of cleaning and can't run the window at the same time, come on people really
3 stars because the old milkshakes were like ice cream in a cup ?. They got a new machine ( just because the old one caught on fire!! Lol jack in the box where is your sense of adventure) and the milkshakes are fluid and foamy and I can't eat it with a straw or spoon. Very sad about that. The Cluck, chicken sandwich was excellent. No cluck sauce.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I placed an order online on the jack in the box website for $62.11. When I went into the store they refused my order because they said it wasn't in their system. I showed them the order receipt, with the date, time, and location. They said they still wouldn't honor it. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said she is a manager. I said, ok can I speak to the manager over you? She said she's not here...I asked if I could please have her name and contact information. She then used receipt paper to write the managers name and phone number. It was then the manager over here came back behind the wall toward the drive through. I said, is that the manager??? She turned back intentionally ignoring me, when I see her name tape. I then said, can I please speak to you about my concern? These managers acted as though my issue meant absolutely nothing and continued to walk around and move around the room without addressing anything. She then reiterated that she couldn't help me and that they wouldn't honor the web order and that I just needed to call a 1800 number (which they never gave me) and request a refund. I asked to have her district managers name and number and the owners information and was denied. The second manager walked in and had someone who claimed to be the district manager on her phone. She held the phone 5 foot away and spoke to me over speaker telling me that this is a cooperate issue and not theirs. As I am writing this, the $62.11 is still taken out of my account, I received no food, no help from the company or their managers. The owner needs to fire this leadership immediately!!!!! This was hands down the worst experience that I have ever gone through in fast food. I will never ever use their app again!!!!
