This place is awesome! The employees are so perfessinal with an awesome experience as far as positive atmosphere and politeness every time I’ve called or visited the springs road or Statesville store! Management also seems to go above and beyond to make Ure experience pleasant! The food is made fresh to order but honestly doesn’t take to awful long to get your order ! The stores are alway well kept and the employees look well kept as well ! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a pizza night with family and friends or a big event you definitely wouldn’t be disappointed! Try the butter cheese crust it’s so good !! I give them a 5 star rating!
I have always loved Hungry Howies. But lately I’ve had the same reoccurring issues. The past 3 times I’ve gotten my food here I’ve had to call to see what’s taking so long. Of course in busy hours a hour is understandable for delivery time. But I’ve waited 2 1/2-4 hours on my food. When I’ve called and asked what was up they said well we forgot and we will remake it fresh for you. But it’s anything but that. I got my pizza and bread yesterday and it was rock hard and barely warm and my sauces were forgotten that I paid for. I’m disappointed because of the “I forgot”. The first time this happened I did get refunded so I do appreciate that. But it’s been happening still. I kept coming back because I simply love this place. So hopefully if I do choose to order again it will be better.
Spencer and Catherine were very helpful and provided superior customer service to me this evening. They are appreciated and I will continue to go there because of how they do things.

Orders are always ready & always correct. If the orders are large, the employees will offer to help carry it out if ya need. The ppl here are so nice! ???
The pizza is pretty good but anytime you get wings there's hardly any sauce on them.
