Walked in the door with 1 hour before closing. They said they wouldn’t serve us bc it would be a one hour wait. There wasn’t many people in there. We were traveling and hungry. Sorry. But this was terrible service. With a whole hour left and being unable to serve people…. Seems to me you should shut down your whole restaurant if you are incapable of making a simple meal for two people and one other individual that walked in as well.
Food was bad no seasonings on it. the only I got that's was decent was the pretzels and cheese.they were not busy and the staff was sitting down with customers from the moment I came though the door, me and my friend didn't get that kinda of treatment at all. A place of business should treat each and every customer equal no matter who they are.
Worst hooters ever. Never stays open to accommodate customers. Closing at 6 on sundays? And closed by 830 on the weekends? Terrible. Literally who puts up signs to say they are closing early everyday. Come on..so unprofessional.Would add a photo of the paper drawn closer early sign but would not want to waste anymore of my time going to this location. Just go to Outback down the street they stick to their business hours as posted on google
Friendly service, but very under staffed. Also did not have salad or raw oysters available. Also saw one of the kitchen staff leaving the bathroom without washing his hands!
Hooter was great! Great food, and our server was amazing!!! My daughter spilled her drink and she didn't get mad when she had to come over and clean it up
food was on point. few customers was drunk and giving the waitress hell. only had one cook and a trainee cook. you guys did an awesome job with the staff you guys had. y'all get 10 star From me.
Thank you for making sure I never try to come back there to eat. When I first got there I was told a 30 min wait.. I ordered a beer from the bar the waitress told me next time to order from my waitress. Once I finished my beer it had been 40 minutes, checked on my time and was told they added another 20-30 minutes to wait time. There was 10 empty tables. Was told there was a party in back and they took all there time!!!
Friendliest staff you'll ever meet! If you're lookin for great wings, cold beer and pretty girls.... I highly recommend hooters in hickory!
The tacos we ordered that were 18$ looked torn apart and had 2 pieces of shrimp on the tacos. They forgot our 3 desserts, and missed a drink for my daughter. The wings tasted subpar. By far, probably one of the worst experiences.
Awesome service Emma was awesome always made sure we had drinks and everything we needed definitely gonna be back.
