We came up to the Farmer’s Market in Hickory on Saturday & my husband began googling a spot to eat.We found Hatch by chance.I had the pulled pork (they put the sauce on the side) and I also chose Mac & cheese and cauliflower for my sides. Perfect!My husband had a gooey, broccoli & cheese sandwich.Great service with a smile from the lady up at the register.Oh and if you are looking for a drink to go with your eats…they have a big selection. (Look at my photos)Please note:Not a traditional restaurant with tables and chairs….the indoor seating is almost bar-like, you can dine seated facing window, facing out. But works for me!My husband wanted to eat outside.Glad we were able to find a table in their sidewalk patio. They have umbrellas etc set up to shelter from the sun.Check them out the next time you are in Hickory. Enjoy!
Called at 10:30 am today and ordered sandwich trays for a company lunch for 25 people. They had it ready at noon and everyone loved the sandwiches. Great service and great food!
I’ve been hearing a lot about this sandwich bar so I decided to try it. Customer service was great and the sandwiches were deliciously flavorful but nothing different from any other sandwich places I’ve tried. It’s a bit pricey and if you go on a busy day just be prepared to either be awkwardly crowded inside or to step outside to wait on your food. I still enjoyed it and recommend to anyone who loves sandwiches!
Great place for sandwiches (they have hot sandwiches and beer!). Probably a little on the pricey side, but really good food and it should fill you up. They have excellent daily specials, don't think I've ever had a menu item.
Hatch has such delicious, creative sandwiches. They have frequent new sandwich specials and beer deals. I have yet to be disappointed in a sandwich here. So far the pulled pork banh mi and the reuben are my favorites. Always satisfying when I want a good sandwich. I haven't tried any of their Friday night dinner options, but they look great as well.
Love swinging by here as much as possible. Staff is friendly, sandwiches are great as well as the sides. I love the Turkey Rueben with either the side salad or miso broccoli. They also have a good selection of both beer, wine, and other fun drinks. Rotating sandwiches daily I think! Well worth the visit.
Awesome selection of sandwiches. Yes I just said that, ingredients are incredible. Beer selection to compliment the sandwich collection is a definite bonus. I will make this restaurant a must stop at in the future. Staff extremely friendly.
Who puts pork belly on a sandwich and calls it a BLT? These guys that's who, and it was fantastic!! Glass bottle craft sodas and so much more in this lil place. Can't wait to go back.
Awesome spot with some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, period. On top of that they have a great selection of local beers and heady wines and are super friendly folks.
The brussel sprouts I might go to. Those are always my favorite thing on their menu will always be. The sandwiches are absolutely amazing but they take a backseat to these brussel sprouts.
