Parked us with no one in line. Didn't bring us our drinks and both burgers were wrong. Called them from the parking lot to let them know. Kid answers the phone and says..." Hello" I ask is this Hardee's on Lenora Boulevard...he say excuse me... I said you didn't bring us our drinks he says you need to talk to my manager..
They try to be open on time, even if they are short handed. They are patient, repeat orders back, and ensure your order is correct. The extra care is appreciated!
Some reason Hardees is allowing this location to destroy the reputation of it's brand. Only two people working at any time, only open til 7 pm and closed today. Nobody wants to work there under those conditions and who could blame them. Dining room is never open. Drive thru is super slow (making one order at a time) and the food is rarely prepared right. I was served gravy the consistency of water the last time I was there and had to go to the drive thru to get a refund and they didn't want to give it to me!! I told them "I will hold up this line until I get it". I know the Bojangles down the road loves it, they are getting all the business Hardees is loosing. Don't go here, it needs to just fold up. Trip advisor gave it "Worst Hardees in North Carolina", I bet they are proud of that well earned award.
I like Hardee's it's never busy an after you order you find a place to sit and they bring it to your table. I love the Angus beef with swiss cheese and mushrooms, can't be beat!! I don't understand why it's never busy the price for the food is just as much as any other fast food place with half the wait

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. The lady taking our order was very short with customers. I had ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich as a combo. My sandwich was covered in grease on the outside and it had two very small pieces of ham on it. It had also been smashed flat prior to getting it. Hashbrowns were cold. This sandwich no where resembled the picture. What a false advertisement. My husband ordered a breakfast platter with sausage and all of it was cold.

We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .
I was upset because They no longer have the Burritos That location! Man, I miss those. It was in that the place that was great though …could use a little bit more cleaning though
