They have this one super cute barista. I’m basically in love with her. Anyway, the coffee is great, and everyone is sooo nice and funny.

Stopped in for an Iced Chai and it was absolutely wonderful. Friendly staff and a nice and clean little spot. I was very pleased with our experience.

Stopped by today and ordered a German chocolate cake frappe and it was nothing like the ones I've ordered in the past. Didn't realize until I had left (cause I was in a rush), that there weren't any coconut flakes in or on it, and it had this weird taste to it, like dish soap, is the best way to put it. The workers weren't friendly as you walked up to order, no smiles or greetings, and not even a "thank you/have a nice day" as you were handed your drink. I rarely come to hickory but when I do, I usually stop by here and this visit was just highly disappointing.

Decent for a quick sippy. Prices ok. Very small store, but well decorated and other things to purchase.Great selection of coffees and teas and also smoothies.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful that works there. They have a huge selection of drinks, coffee, and treats. Our favorites are the Cortada and chocolate covered espresso beans.
Awesome coffee and specialty drinks. I've been buying from Emerson's since 1993 thanks for the best coffee.
