Terrible service asked for 10 blueberry donuts and got chromes didn’t even get my chicken biscuit got the wrong coffee… 12pm Sunday 06/18/22 pathetic ?
Ordered a iced matcha latte and i received it like this. It tasted like there was mocha in it. I’m guessing that’s why it was brown. Definitely the most disgusting drink I’ve had. Not sure what happened, but they should have re made it if they messed up and put the wrong thing. I asked the worker why it was brown and he said he wasn’t sure. I didn’t want to hold up the line or make the employees work even harder so I left. After today I think I’m done giving Dunkin chances.
This is the closest Dunkin to my house and I go here regularly because they really took care of me when I recently had knee surgery and couldn't drive for three weeks. I would place my order on the mobile app and they would have someone deliver it to my house free of charge every day for three weeks! Some days they were short staffed but that was because Employees were sick or they couldn't keep workers. I'm sorry the other reviewers had such negative experiences but I look forward to seeing the people every day and they have been very helpful to me.
I spent $10 on 2 macchiatos this morning. Only to get home and realize they was ice cold. Tasted like cold chocolate milk. No coffee taste what so ever. I started driving across town to the other Dunkins because this location ALWAYS got the order wrong and then would never fix it or be completely rude that I don’t want nasty coffee. I thought I would give this location another chance this morning considering it’s across the street, but I can not understand how they get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! Back across town it is. Tired of waisting my money!
The service here stinks. We have had issues numerous times. When you complain to staff they either argue back with you or just offer no reason it and do nothing to make it right. I will go out of my way to go to another dunkin from this point forward.
I go to this store all the time through the week and no longer have issues with drinks being made wrong...Normally great staff. Today is a sunday and we went and ordered 3 coffees. One requested to be made with oat milk. Well the girl (Natasha im pretty sure was her name) made it wrong and when we asked she had attitude then argued with me saying it couldnt be made with oatmilk trying to hand me the drink thats wrong.. me knowing you just replace the cream for oatmilk i told her i wanted it remade. I was being decent about it and not arguing back simply telling her we wanted it made correctly. She then rolled her eyes at me closed the window and clearly was complaining to the other employee. She had attitude on the speaker as well. And then when i asked her name she refused to give it to meso i asked the other person working there at the time. Im sorry if you are having a bad day or hate your job but you dont take it out on the customer
So I visited this location on 1/8/2022 approximately around noon. The lines were long and the wait was the longest I have ever waited in line for coffee at any location I have been to statewide. Really ridiculous! Also my order was wrong and when the lady handed our drink order I immediately seen no whip cream on one of the drinks in which I specifically mentioned on the speaker to include whipcream, the lady snaps at me and says I nEeD tO AsK fOr WhIpCrEaM?!? What?? It clearly appears that this location is extremely short staffed causing very irate and unfriendly and non chalant servers! I will never go to this location again due to this incident.
Waited 45 minutes on a ice coffee that every one was walking around doing whatever they wanted to. Taking orders and filling orders should be number one. But walking around doing nothing... People seem to be worthless at their job. Repeat dont not go there is u have any damn plans
Love the speciality coffees iced and hot. Ive already tried both and there breakfast sandwiches. Love it so delicious and wasn't long at all. I've actually been passing up McDonald's just so I can be in and out
