The dining room was closed so was not able to get my coffee due to my vehicle being too tall to fit through the drive thru.
This location is usually my go to, but they really ripped me off today. As pricey as these drinks are you would think that they would at least fill it up all of the way. Nope! Brought it to their attention and they said that they can only pour more milk in it, which would water it down and make it cold. I don't understand why it couldn't have been made right in the first place. I am so upset with the subpar service in this town.
Good food, friendly staff, long line in drive thru, reasonable prices. Would recommend to give them a try.
This was probably hands down the best Dunkin' I went to when I lived in Hickory before I moved back home. The girls knew who I was when I came in and had my coffee started and my cream cheese everything bagel cooking when I walked in. They always went above and beyond in giving my 2 year old daughter donut holes to snack on when I brought her in on my days off. Can't thank them enough for their kindness.

My favorite dunkin to go to. They are always so nice and fully staffed
