I Give this this place 5 stars hands down. They are always open, always fast & frendly, always good!!! AND THEY HAVE DINE IN!! FOR DADDY DAUGHTER TIME!!!
So I decided to grab my little one some munchkins in the drive thru and a coffee, coffee is for me not the toddler. Well he decides to pitch a ungodly holy fit while I’m ordering. Get to the window and he’s still carrying on. I ask the lady if they had juice, she said yes but they would have to put it in a cup. I thought nah he will be ok. Not only did another lady give me a apple juice with a lid and straw on it but even offered to give him a donut and both ladies explained they were moms also. You can go to any Dunkin and get a donut and coffee but these ladies know the true definition of customer service. Being a business owner I know how hard it is to find good help….these ladies were absolutely amazing. I use to only go here for the coffee but now I have another reason to love this location.
12:40pm mar7. Do you think it's funny to literally leave the egg off of the bottom wrap because the person ordering had to repeat himself at the speaker? That's low. Person I was riding with has been faithful this store for yeaaaars.
Food is just as good as any other dunkin. Staff was very sweet last time I went.
Love utilizing the app to order ahead so I can just walk in and pick up. Probably one of the best secrets about any and all Dunkins. Only struggle here is the parking lot AND the amount of cars sometimes in drive through. Them having another eatery attached to the same building and being right off a highly traveled street can be very challenging.
Soooo good! Don't really like coffee but the doughnuts and the sweet drinks are so good! Decided to get my favorite today, a frozen hot chocolate.
Dunkins employee was leaning out the window yawning and his fingernails were dark brown and looked very dirty! When he gave me my change it was balled up in his fist and he had a $20 in the other hand as if to hide it from the other employees… Not sure where the other $20 came from! Just to note it’s very hard to eat the food you’ve ordered when their employees do not look clean!
This location seems to mess my order up quite a bit, but the experience today is what prompted me to write this review.I ordered a large ice vanilla chai made with whole milk and a medium made the same way.First, the medium was made as a coffee so I sent it back in and explained what it needed to be, as I was trying to (nicely) explain the individual shut the drive thru window in my face.When the individual got back, he still acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to send my wrongly made chai back in.Then, come to find out after tasting it, the large chai wasn’t made correctly either.

Only dunkin I really love to go to. I usually order a hazelnut iced coffee and Brianna makes it how I like it and it always taste good. Keep up the great work :) Z
