Last two times we have ordered the site said less than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes no movement. Call the store and they tell you it will be two hours. I get lack of help but when you order it should reflect the time frame so you are aware you will be waiting. Won’t order again!
I attempted to order pizza on line, could only get automated responses. Tried three times, each time automated got it wrong. Finally spoke to employee to order Three pepperoni pizzas. After completing the order and I hung up phone. Got a call back to say they were out of pepperoni!!! A pizza place out of pepperoni.. poor management and employee with no knowledge to availability before receiving a order. Got disgusted and ordered elsewhere. Wasted 30 minutes of my time
I am a frequent customer at the Mt View dominos.On Thursday 2-03-2022 I ordered pizza and went to pick it them up. Two of the three pizzas were burnt.. I ask the girl very politely to remake the the pizzas. The cook then told the manager that she guessed she would have to under cook it… The manager snatched the pizzas and put them up on a rack never acknowledging me.. I sat patiently and waited for 15 minutes forthe pizzas to be made..by this time I didn’t want to argue so I took the pizzas and when I got home. they were both under done so I finished cooking them at home. I have never had worse customer service.
Worst Domino's experience ever, customer service is absolutely pathetic. When I placed an online order for curbside pick up 20 minutes before I get there and then they marked it ready when I pulled into the parking lot. I followed directions on sign outside, after I turned my hazard lights on i was greeted fairly quickly by an employee. Shockingly she had a very foul attitude towards me and asked me if my vehicle was on and I was very confused, then she said the order was going take about 5-10 minutes. I happily said "Hey no problem, that's absolutely fine." I then waited about 25 minutes, I watched several other people come and go as they picked up their orders. I then came inside. The girl who had greeted me was standing in the back with her hat pulled downand she was staring at a wall. I was the n greeted by one of the friendly pizza makers, she asked the girl in the back where my order was and it was sitting on the shelf and looked like it had been ready for awhile . I think the manager of this store needs to evaluate the level of customer service at this location. It was only one employee at this location that really made my experience terrible, everyone else was friendly.
Order showed coming out of the oven at 1:11. It was received at 1:49. I live 3 blocks from the store. The pizza was cold. I tried calling the store to see where my order was, before receiving it, and no answers the phone. The recorded message you get, leaves you on endless hold.
Amazing quality, always hot and fresh out of the oven. I am super greatful to the staff for thier continued great work going on 8 years.
$29 for a large pep, black olive and ham and a Med cheese pizzas. Dry , hard, no taste, like eating card board! NOW I remember why I haven’t eaten Dominos in years! Even worse you know a cheese pizza is terrible when 5-6 year olds spit it out!
Hot and fresh... but it would have been nice to have a normal amount of cheese on my pizza...there are a lot of spots missing cheese...and also a random piece of onion that I didn't ask for...? Y'all must be hurting for help because I have never seen a location be so inconsistent with their quality.
Would give a five stars, But they are short staffed. Sometime the food is cooked just right and sometime it's cooked to long the edges are burnt. And delivery times are crazy sometime haveing to wait two hours and still being charged for a delivery fee and food being barely warm
The dominos itself was very nice and clean, except I ordered two pizzas. One with no garlic crust due to an allergy. I just got my pizzas, and the garlic WAS on the crust, and my second pizza was so burnt the bottom was very black. I seriously am never one to complain, but it seriously could be an issue for a company to ignore items not wanted because you never know if they could be due to an allergy or not. I don’t recommend this dominos if you have an allergy to any of their ingredients.
