Love Coach’s in Dobson! The food is always great and the staff who work here are so friendly!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. We sat for almost 30 minutes waiting on any of the 3 waitresses working to acknowledge us but one never did...this was after lunch hour and there were very few people there. So we got up and left, tired of being ignored. My family and I will not be returning to this establishment. Same thing happened to my oldest daughter and her family the week before unbeknownst to me...if I had known we would never had stopped here to eat.
I really enjoyed it, it was Tuesday about 7pm eastern standard time. They're was nobody there. The wait staff was excellent, very friendly. I had the fried chicken salad. I should have took a picture... VERY NICE!!! Its like a high end sports bar. I guess they're wasn't any ball games on. Oh, if your in Hickory, N.C on a Tuesday night you want be disappointed!!
First time and last time going there. The prices were insane for a neighborhood grill. Almost $50 for 2 people. A family of 5 that was sat near us actually left after seeing the prices on the menu. Honestly wouldn't mind the price if the food was worth it, but the food was the worst part. After waiting for way over 30 minutes for our food it came out cold and overcooked. Nothing tasted fresh or made to order. The wait staff however were great and I don't hold them accountable for things that they have no control over. Still wouldn't go back.
First time customer at this location. I really liked the way the restaurant was decorated and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and so we're the bathrooms. The food portions were good but I did think it was very good, I got the Blue Devil Burger it was ok at best. Based on my experience with other Coach's restaurant's I will give them another trying.
I totally forgot to take a picture. I got the Philly steak and cheese, my husband got the burger. We both thought the food was delicious. The floors were so clean. Our waitress was sweet. I definitely recommend this place.
Has an admirable menu with many choices. Christy gave excellent table service tailored to our needs. It was a bit chilly in there.
It is very rare I post about a restaurant, but baby this was horrible service at its finest!!!!!I have literally slept all day and got nothing accomplished… not normal for my busy self. My fiancé woke me up and said I needed to eat something.We went to Coaches on Hwy 70 and got the worst treatment ever!!! No welcome, no hello, no we’ll be right with you, no nothing. We go sit in the bar area, and we just sat there. I see the waiter go behind the bar and tell the bar tender we are at her table (as big as we are, she seen us). She clearly told him she was not waiting on us. I thought I was tripping, but she never came to our table.Another waitress came to the register near us and we asked for help. She went to get the bartender who came and told us the kitchen was closing. Baby said we could still order, I said no because she already said she didn’t or wasn’t going to wait on us. I asked for the manager.I want to add, they have a ton of NC State on the walls and treated an NC State Legend and former NBA player this horrible!The manager provided me with the number for corporate as I requested. 1st and last time going there and never even tasted the food.
Lunch was great thanks to our server Kristen. She was so helpful! The lunch grilled chicken salad was cooked perfectly and the hamburger steak and salad were awesome.
