They are very rude , white girl in the store took everyone in front while I was waiting for 10 mins for her to talk to someone else!!! Will not take my kid here because of how rude she is!!! Lost my business and everyone I know!!!! Fire her and hire someone who is business appropriate
My grandson had a ball brought him here today for his kindergarten graduation the pizza salad bar was good a great experience
Very clean establishment. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was good.My kids had a great time playing games. I feel the prices were fair.The only thing they could work on is the tea was not good and the Gatorade out.
Google says you updated your business hours 4 days ago. I got here at 8:30 thinking you close at 10 and find out you're open until 9. Do better!
We didn't really like the tap cards. It took several tries to get them to work and some games just didn't work at all. It was cool some of the games gave you a coin to play with. Maybe I'm just old school and miss the coins lol. But cards you Swipe seem to work a lot better than the tap and go cards they had. Still fun for the kids though.
We have our 2 year old grand daughter for a week beginning yesterday and the first place we chose was Chuck E. Cheese. Upon arriving, we had never been before, but our experience around noon was far from pleasant. The young girl at the front obviously hated being there! She was absolutely hateful, condescending and even rolled her eyes at me when we asked how the points on the card worked. If you hate your job and don’t smile or have nothing pleasant to say, please don’t get a job where children come to have fun and try to steal their joy!!!
Kids had a blast with a double birthday party. My 1 yr old finally started clapping during the birthday show.
Nice staff, not busy or crowded. A bit pricey for what it is. But the kids love it! Definitely worth it to buy the unlimited game pass!

They did not honor their winter winner land promotion. We have been taking our kids here for nearly a decade. The staff was not properly trained and were unable to buy the play cards that we have done for years even though the promotion is right on there menu. Don't waste your time here.
