This place is horrible! Every time we go here, nothing is right. The place is run by kids who don't want to be there, don't know what they're doing, and do the bare minimum. There's never a manager around. Kitchen staff likes to pretend they are the manager when you call to speak with the manager. You can hear them laughing and snickering in the background. They all take cigarette breaks while people wait in the drive thru. Someone just put our order together after eating their own food in the dining room, and didn't bother to wash their hands! Horribly run restaurant. Food isn't worth the high prices, either!!! This trip they made our fries plain, when we paid for the family size truffle fries. Our onion rings were soggy and greasy. My husband says we need to find a new burger joint, because we aren't coming back here.
Ever been to Chic-Fil-A? Who am I kidding, of course you have! You may have noticed the incredibly friendly and professional environment. So this place is the exact opposite of that. Not friendly and not professional. I felt unwelcome in this restaurant. I ate at this location on opening date and it was great! It was great for the first couple years and continuously degraded. This is not a restaurant I will be returning to despite the delicious food. This review earned 2 stars due to the good food and accuracy of my order.
I haven't been to burgerfi in years and figured my family and I could stop in really quick. Staff did greet us but were super friendly and rushed us to order. Upon receiving our food, I was extremely disappointed. My sons hot dog was greasy and burnt and you could obviously tell the fries were not fresh and just heated up in the microwave. The drink station had a puddle in front of it and even though there were three service employees no one had bothered to mop it up, there was simply a wet floor sign up. Overall, for the price it was simply mediocre. I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This place was so good! I wasn’t a fan of the prices but I understand the quality & with price/demand is going to make it more $$ compared to other food places. I loved the onion rings as well. Can’t wait to try other menu items sometime!It was $36 for our food including 2 drinks.*cashiers were very nice& we were greeted as we walked inside.
Went to get chocolate milkshake, purchased two coffee mocha milkshakes. I could not believe that they use Folgers coffee grinds as part of the recipe. The shake was good as a flavor, but disgustingly annoying to keep spitting out coffee grinds. Who eats coffee grinds? For this reason this establishment gets a negative from me. One stars is too good, if could I would rate no stars and thumbs down. If they use Folgers crystals which would dissolve in the milkshake it would have been a way better experience, but I can't believe the stupidity of using grinds.SONIC uses crystals and crushed chocolate chips, their mocha blast was way better, and I loved it, but it was only a temporary promotion
I tried the wagyu Burger this trip, the Burger was Amazing. A little pricey at 12$ but was a very good burger. The candied ghost chili bacon set the burger off. Great flavor and some heat. I will probably try it again
Delicious plant based burger with fries. Yummy! This will for sure fill you up. Tasty and it's great to see a location that has plant based options. A must try and so many choices to choose from.

My husband son and I all ordered burgers, onion rings, onion ring fry combo and 3 drinks at the counter,inside.It cost 40 dollars and they never gave my husband his burger. They said we never ordered one. I watched her punch his order in the register. She never gave us a receipt. Told us we never ordered a third burger and it would have costed another 10 for his burger. Fifty dollars for 3 people for sub par burgers!!??I'll never go back.
The food was good. A little expensive, but good. We had the beyond meat burger and a regular burgerThe restaurant was SUPER cold though. Was not very comfortable to sit and eat inside-especially on such a cold day. I also think they could have taken a little more care in making the plastic screens by the register. It looked very rough and homemade making it very unappealing.
