Our waitress Jessica was literally one of the rudest and uncaring waitresses we’ve ever had in our lives. Between grilling my 7 yr old child for an ID when she asked for a pepsi and causing her to clam up and shut down, bringing our drinks 30-45 min after we were sat, having the hostess take our order, disappearing for another 30-45 min, bringing out the completely wrong food (that was cold and had clearly been sitting for a while) and then trying to argue with me about how it was right, and the total disregard for our dining experience, we won’t be back to this location. The table behind us having to get up and get their own drinks at the service station was the cherry on top… I will say the manager was the saving grace for the night. She was very professional and pleasant to talk to and comped everything… y’all need more people like her…
I had a hankering for wings, and having had a good experience here a while back, we stopped in.The good part was our waitress. She was great. Attentive and available, she was a very positive element. The rest was mediocre. The wings were luke warm and tough, though the sauces and sides were good. All in all the experience the experience wasn't negative enough to cause me to not want to go back, but I've definitely had better elsewhere.
My wife and I went in here on a Wednesday and they only had 1 waitress, 1 bartender, and a manager on duty. The bar section was the only side that was open when we arrived. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table to open up (which we were okay with) and once we were seated, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes before we got our drink order. Now, while all of this is going on, you have a manager who is standing by another table talking to two employees who are there on their off day. Instead of helping the bartender out or the only waitress on staff, she was busy chatting it up with these two employees. Now these two people came in approx. 10 minutes after we did and the manager made sure that they immediately got their drinks and their food. They had gotten an appetizer of mozzarella sticks and then wraps. The entire time that we were there, the manager helped one other table and brought our food out. No other time did she step in and try to help the only waitress working or the bartender. The bartender was also waiting high-top tables away from the bar so the waitress wasn't so overwhelmed. I left the waitress a note on our receipt stating that she deserved better and that I was sorry that she was in the situation that she was in and hoped that she could find something better. This is not even the same BWW that was down at the mall or when it first moved up. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.**I will not be going to your website to fill anything out. This is the same generic response that you give everyone that leaves a negative review.**
Lets keep this short and simple. We walk in on 4.23.22. The entire place smells like an old wood stove and burning trash. To top it off my chicken wings on the bone was pink in the middle, the bartenders Excuse was that it was busy earlier, no apologies or anything. She went to report to the Manager and before telling us what the Manager said she walked past us a few times and then finally said that the Manager is not gonna charge for the wings. That’s fine and all, but what I find very disturbing is the Manager walked past us three times and never apologize once for the pink undone chicken and horrible service. The Manager name is Megan with the glasses. When we were there, it was FAR from busy. I was going to post.a picture of the pink chicken but I wanted to save them the embarrassment. We would never come back to this location ever again.
Ordered 15 Traditional wings and got all boneless wings. Very disappointed.
Ordered off the mobile app for lunch and when I got there to pick it up it was missing sides. They never put stuff like the salsa and sour cream with your order. Happens everytime. Girl was not happy about having to go back in the kitchen to get it. Also got the chicken taco and there was no pico on it and they were extremely dry. This place has gone down hill alot.
Cauliflower wings and onion rings. Jenny Hustler to drink. Delicious!!
We got there not long after they opened, so it wasn't very full. When we got our drinks and food ordered, we never got a refill. Took forever to get our food and others that were seated after us got our food before us. Had to ask for our fries after they finally brought our (cold) wings. We waited forever on them and when they did bring our fries out, they only brought out one order. Told them to not even worry about bringing the other one and to take it off the check. & after all that we sat there and waited a while for our check to be brought to us. Needless to say, others that was seated after us & bigger party of people, left before us. Won't waste our time or money here again.
This review is for my GrubHub order using the GH app. NEEDS WORK!If the burger you want says it comes with onions, pickles, sauce, cheese etc you should not have to select those items. I'm okay with an option to deselect the items you don't want, but if you're not careful ordering a burger from Wild Burger on the GrubHub app, you can easily get a burger with no bun or any of the toppings listed. Also, I've ordered from them twice now and I can tell you $46 is way too much for two burgers and two tots. Not to mention they get the order wrong every time. I have to assume it's just as confusing on their end as it is on mine. I gave them three stars because the burgers are pretty tasty and I do appreciate being able to add seasoning to my tater tots.
Ordered some blazing wings, they were hard, dry, had no sauce whatsoever… they tasted terrible. Buffalo isn’t the same as before anymore! I use to love going there but after today I’ll think about it twice.
