This is a super convenient stop on my way home from my parents house. The food is always good, they almost always get my order correct and very friendly staff.

They didn't do such a great job today. My country ham was crispy like I asked for, but it was barely on and mostly off the biscuit. Plus, the cheese I paid for was absent.
This location is in decline. Put two stars as I still eat here. I still frequent it due to the area; however, they have lost a lot of my business. I was buying biscuits in bulk weekly for work. I was told I needed to call my orders a day in advance, which I did; however, they stopped answering the phone. Recently I had my biscuit messed up. After leaving work to make my order right, I found the lead arguing with the manager that the order was not made incorrectly in which I provided the receipt, and she still claimed that she made the order correct.
Very busy store. Only reason for not being 5 stars is because there were a couple employees that walked by and never asked what I needed (I was picking up doordash and the order was on the back side of the counter when I walked in, but I waited almost 5 mins for someone to ask)
One of the best Bojangles I've ever been in! I need either 20 piece meal and they put it together in no time flat!
Very popular, very busy & most always get the order right! If by chance the lobby is closed due to short staff, they will bring Doordash orders to the side door, rather than make us wait in a long drive thru line. So appreciated!!
