I think it's unfair to give them one star at this location. I stood at the front counter and listen to employees argue about who was going to ring me up at the register I just wanted a half gallon of sweet tea you wouldn't have had to made anything you would have had to reach into the refrigerator right beside the register hand it to me and I would hand you money and you walk away instead they just argue thought it was going to take my order the length of the argument took longer than it would have to take my order. It's not like anybody at this location cares about customer service so we're even read or care if they did read this review. Bojangles used to be a place where you could get a quality product and good customer service I don't understand why people who are not friendly get a customer service job
This Bojangles used to be one that you could rely on to get your order correct and food hot. Past several months it has been horrible. Order is never correct, food is cold or it’s been sitting all day. Fries taste like it’s been refried. Customer service has been average at best. A lot of improvements need to happen at this location.
I stopped by today and ordered a breast dinner with Slaw and mac & cheese. I get my order and go back to work. Upon opening the box I noticed no biscuit...ugh. I really wanted a biscuit. Then I open the slaw and discovered there is nothing to eat it with. Thankfully the chicken was not hot and fresh or I wouldn't have been able to eat it without having utensils. I can understand you are understaffed.....but I cannot understand having to wait 15min and still not getting what I paid for.I was going to call and let you know about the missing food and utensils but since your phone is always busy, this was the only method I had to contact. You can do better than this.
I could understand mistake is Bojangles was a real restaurant, but it's a fast food place so I know they dont have the demands of a sit down restaurant. So I cant understand why you cant serve me what I order , was simple sausage and egg biscuit , combo , you sure charged me for it . Why not just fire all the people and go self serve , think it would work better cause this is one of many locations were apparently the staff is unable to read and verify orders .
The last 3 times I was there, my order was not completed correctly. Today was my last time at this Bojangles. I will travel to the one on N Center St, a little farther but hopefully I'll get a correct order.
I am in & out of Bojangles more often than i care to admit -- it seems i stay around that area some days. They are overrun with business -- really hoppin place - they are really good about geting the orders correct & they are good about getting them out quickly, which always makes a dasher's life easier. They are simply killin it , business wise... crowded all the time!
3rd vehicle back, at 5pm ordered three meals, all sides wrong, no doubt chicken was left from lunch, very dry chicken, discusting!!!! Biscuits would make good ammo????
Consistently makes large order mistakes. Doesn't provide a carrying bag for multiple meals. Generally try to avoid this location
I went to Bojangles today and I always check my bag to make sure everything is good but I was missing some fries on one of my meals I go back to the window and tell the girl and she has a freaking attitude please learn how to treat customers! Not only that they gave me some nasty cold fries ?
I used to frequent this Bojangles several times a week, but lately, everytime I've ordered, they have gotten my order wrong and the last time, the food wasn't fresh like it normally would be. I got old stale reheated fries and Supremes. I want my old Bojangles back ?
