Frozen biscuits served at any restaurant is a no no. There was nothing special about this nearly $30 meal for two. Disappointed to say the least

friendly staff great food clean restrooms

The food was quick, hot, and delicious. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Payton was our server and she is the sweetest. She had the patience of a saint and put up with us so well. 100% recommend.

Food was great as always. But the service was not as great as usual. We ordered strawberry lemonade and after drinking them the waitress then informs us that their are no refills. We haven't at that point received our meals. After getting our meals we had to ask for water. Then at checkout we asked about the refill of the strawberry lemonade. He informs us that we should have gotten refills. Supposedly their was no one with management available to speak to?

A wonderful experience. Food was delicious, hot and cooked exactly to order. Staff was friendly and efficient, all with hair pulled back and smiles that reached their eyes. Store was clean and appeared to be well tended. Ladies restroom was clean and well stocked. What's not to like??

After placing an $83.00 order for delivery there yesterday my food came within a reasonable time which was great. Then I realized that I was missing food. My food was very cold and looked very old. I was afraid to eat it. My coworkers noticed it too and agreed that I had to have delivered days old food, which made me afraid to serve the other meats in my order to those I had ordered for. I did have a beautiful salad that I wasn't afraid of but they left the dressing out of the order too so I had no dressing for it. I tried to call them, no answer, others around me tried to call them, still no answer. I was able to contact Doordash-the company that delivered it but the order was placed through Bob Evans, so they submitted a request to Bob Evans customer care and I still have not heard a thing. Therefore, being a resource kind of gal, I will just make sure I give my honest review and experience with this restaurant. I will never eat here again so my $83.00 is my own lesson learned, thankfully though it didn't involve some type of sickness too from old food.

Breakfast at lunch time on Saturday! There were few serving so there was a wait of 45 minutes. But the food was very good! I ate so much! But enjoyed it.

We (party of five) were one of three parties in the restaurant at 6:30 on a Sunday evening. We got our drinks and requested cream for the coffee. After a long while, we had to go up to the counter and get the cream along with another coffee as it was not longer hot. We had to wait 40 minutes to get our food. The baked potato soup was cold and congealed. One order was incorrect. The wait staff did not check on us, but we could hear the staff at the counter socializing. When we told the supervisor on duty about it, he said "I hope your next visit will be better." I don't think there will be a next visit.

My fiancée and I walked in there about a week ago. There were at least 15 tables open and around 6 waitresses some of who were standing around talking. When we asked the greeter how long it would be they said 20 minutes. For what? You had plenty of waitresses and you weren’t really busy and there were numerous tables open. So we went to Cracker Barrel and was seated immediately and they were actually busy.

I love the blueberry pancakes here! But I’m sure everything is good too. Their employees are nice for the most part. I have few complaints. It is very family oriented.
