Omg great food loved the employees were nice and wonderful. Food was great thanks so much.
Great way better than last time food was hot almost picture perfect. Server was great and had great attitude(tyler). New manager (scott) was great polite and awesome as well. Also the new outlook and design is way better looking and welcoming. Much needed face-lift on the inside. Overall will definitely be going back after not visiting in at least 6 months or more now. Glad to have this place back on the map for a restaurant to go back to again.
Would have been a 5, but the kid seating people had the personality of a wet wash cloth. Didn't greet us, just moaned "follow me". Didn't get my daughter a children's menu either. However, after that, it was great. Wait staff was professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. Food was exactly as ordered. She even went out of her way to pack our to go order ice cream order in ice for the trip home. She was 10 stars.
Ate here Saturday for dinner. The service sucked. Everyone at the table got their food except me. My food came about 15 mins later and it was the wrong thing. So when I finally did get my food Everyone had eaten and it was time to go. The drink I ordered tasted as if there was no alcohol in it at all. And the table beside us got yelled at by a waiter that was not even theirs. In all my trip there was a waste of money and time. When I got home to look at my food I never got to eat I found out they still had it messed up. Will not be going back.
Our server was excellent I ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp the food was delicious!
The food is terrible,.the ribs were tough and only God knows what that sauce is they put on them,.I would'nt feed to a stray dog,..
This was the 4th time eating here in the last two months so I'm confident when I say this is a great place to eat. All of those time the service was top notch. That is saying something because I have been a waitress for over 10 years and hold them to a higher standard than most I Believe. Mostly because I want the kinda service I give which is the best money can buy cause your paying not only for the dining experience but to feel like you have been catered to. That being said restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff was very accommodating. Food was on point! Though I will say take your smart phone or other device in with you as they don't give out menus anymore unless you ask. I got menu cause I don't have a barcode scanner to pull up menu. .don't worry if the thought of that intimidates you just simply ask for a menu!
So disappointing with the service. I went to pick up my order and got most of it....but not all of it. I asked if it was everything and went home. When I got home, I realized my order wasn't complete. I had to eat some and head back 20 nmns to the restaurant to get the rest and back 20 more ( 1 hour 20 minutes total). When I went back and explained to the person what happened, she got me new fries and apologized. I am still disappointed because after a mistake like that, other restaurants offer a partial or full refund, but I got nothing. The food tasted great, but I couldn't eat my food after that, going back and forth. I hope they are more careful or at least to compensate their customers.
We liked the one in Morganton but in hickory well it was ok. The waitress we had was wonderful. The one that served the table next to us kept looking at us making huh noises and giving us attitude. I heard her tell someone we was racist. I cracked up. If we would have had the entire family there maybe she wouldn't have thought that. But Morganton great. Hickory if you want attitude from staff members
No social distancing/seating and was seated on top of another family.Hostess wore a mask as we did, but woth a pregnant wife...Felt Disgusting inside & not clean.Keg beer was flat (Typical).Food ?Never Again!! Thus franchise should be closed in NC/SC & VA
