I love Zaxbys. But today I visited this location for the first time. Places my order in the app. They put the wrong sauce on my wings. They were still good…just not what I ordered.
I eat here quite a bit, and compared to a lot of other fast food restaurants they are very good. Food is fresh, and they will actually grill your chicken fingers for you with just an 8 minute wait.
I know why guest are giving such bad reviews. The employees have horrible attitudes and bad customer service. They don’t smile, they don’t say please thank you you’re welcome, they have no etiquette. And they all look like they hate their life. Corporate definitely needs to come here and re-train. I am very disappointed in this restaurant. Hopefully it’ll get a chance to turn around soon.
Employees are very pleasant and don't mind taking a minute to let you know what your options are.
The workers need to learn English. They never get my order right. They clearly don't understand amounts. Order 1 fry I get 3. Order 1 chicken nibble. They give 3 nibbler meals. And what a rip off. They charge you 2 dollars for a cup of water. Ripping off the public, should be ashamed ! Girl claims the charge is for the cup. Pretty expensive paper cup.
Went to this zaxby’s for dinner tonight and ordered spicy zax’s sauce with one of my meals yet i did not revive the spicy zax’s sauce, this will be the last time i go to this zaxby’s.
Pretty quick in getting food out, only had 1 out of 40 experiences they didn't get my food right, so good job
i went thru the drive thru and one of the workers were being very rude she gives mean looks and and is gery rude i would like you guys to teach your employees better i dont know what her name is but she had bad makeup. Her foundation didnt match her neck ?
The food was okay, but we ordered tenders and when we asked for sauce on the side they said it cost .25. Who ever heard of getting charged for dipping sauce with chicken tenders?
Sub par zaxbys. Never have a good experience here. Good comes out dry and over done. And who charges for sauce ?? What am I gonna do, eat a dry bread and Burnt chicken sandwich?
