A Hendersonville staple. Consistently good food. I was glad to see they now take reservations, which cut down the wait time. Our waiter was great about explaining specials and a few menu substitutions. Service was great, as was the food.
The West First team really makes this my "go-to" place in town - ever since it opened. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, well-trained, invested in our experience. Everyone from Scott to Kassie to Emily to Aaron to Elizabeth to Tami to Brooke to Lex to Lauren to Erica and the folks in front of the oven - all are talented and, I'm happy to say, my friends!
We went there with my husband and kid. The service was outstanding, from friendliness to accommodating our small needs, our waitress was absolutely great. The cocktails were really tasty, our kidâs pizza was by far the best one we had in quite a while. My husband enjoyed lasagnas (his favorite dish so he has a lot to compare it to!) and he loved it and my mushroom fettuccine were delicious. I will definitely come back on my next trip in this area!
Order the pizza! Pass on the garlic knots as they were soggy from the olive oil they doused them in. Side salad ok, nothing special in it. Pass on the chicken piccata. Tasteless. Wine selection good. No Sierra Nevada but lots of other local beers.
Our experience at West First Wood-Fired was positive in every way. Our server was excellent. The food was superb - bronzed salmon was perfect!! When in Hendersonville, this will always be our eating spot!!!
Great food, fast service, a little too noisy, cannot have a conversation there.
Weâve eaten here for years - we drive 30 minutes to get here. Always delicious and always the same. The house salad is excellent as well as the cheese pizza.
Consistently excellent thin crust pizza. Arrives at the table hot and perfectly cooked. Salads are also excellent.
