I was disappointed at 7 pm they were out of the new strawberry frosty and it was only the second day running. I was in the restaurant business for years and I know from personal experience that there's always backup and if there isn't you're not ordering correctly that's just my personal opinion I will try once again to go back for that specific item.
Man that worked there sat right beside the parking lot and picked his nose the whole time we ordered. It was so gross, definitely not something you wanna see before you get food ESPECIALLY by somebody who works there!!!!...........The poor guy had actually, just got off work and was leaving to go home, we just thought it was hilarious and he should definitely check his surroundings next time....just saying
Dude I waited like 25 minutes for my food and it was stone cold. I asked for no salt on my fries and there was so much salt. My mom ordered a large they gave her a small drink and fries, and the cheese sauce that I order every time tasted like they dumped a bag of salt in it, and my sons sprite was orange. This location needs a lot of help, and I feel like none of them care about their job which isn’t okay when your dealing with peoples food.
Been waiting 15 minutes on a chicken sandwich. They handed me my frosty and asked me to pull forward. 15 minutes, no spoon, melted frosty, still waiting.Edited to add, after 20 minutes I went inside and waited for a bit before having to holler to get their attention. They were just hanging out, eating out of the frier basket. Then the manager acted like it wasn't a big deal and it would just be a little longer. So 27 minutes later I walk out with overcooked fries, burned bacon on the sandwich, and a melted frosty waiting in my car. Won't be going there again.
Dumpster fire of a Wendy’s that’s wholly without salvation. Consistently serves up cold food, screws up orders, leaves off items, and today they gave us someone else’s order entirely. Disintersted, barely-there employees talk in zombielike monotones and look and act like they’re strung out on drugs or just wandered out of a halfway house. Abysmal disaster of a “restaurant” that should be shut down and razed immediately, congratulations to the crew on running what has to be the worst Wendy’s in the country.
11/05/2021 the kid who took my cash for my order needs to learn what respect is. I asked for extra sour cream at the drive thru order station and I also asked for pepper ( I did not get it - forgivable) but his attitude to give me 2 more sour creams should've been something other than it was a big hassle. I've worked for Wendy's 20 years ago and I am well aware what the motto is for customer service. That young man gets grade as a D-.
I'm finally done with this location. Every time I'm there there's a problem with the order. Every time. This time, missing food and two cold, inedible, rock hard chicken sandwiches.
Waiting in drive through line for 15 minutes for two salads. Finally brought them out. No apology. Done with this location and possibly Wendy’s. Spartanburg Hwy, Hendersonville, NC.
Placed a mobile order. The dining room was closed at 7pm when I arrived. They had a hard time finding where I ordered. When they finally did, they asked me to pull down to wait for the salad I ordered. I’ve been here 30 minutes now and still no food. Close the restaurant if you can’t serve your customers.
Waited FOREVER only for them to be all out of ice cream. Never again!
