Long lines usually, but it does move at a decent speed. Fresh food is hit or miss. I will say it usually is fresh, at least during the busier times of the day. Friendly faces for the most part. I come for the nuggets, melon lemonade and the chocolate frosty. Double check your order before pulling out!!! My last visit I ordered a frosty and drink, and they tried to give me two drinks, no frosty. The time before that, they just tried to send me on without my frosty, period. Both times though, I noticed, and the workers were friendly and quickly corrected the problem. They haven’t ever gave me a receipt so I’m not certain I get rang up correctly or not, but they give me my frosty anyways so I’m happy. I’ll be back to try the strawberry frosty!
The ONLY decent Wendy’s I’ve been to in years and I travel all over the southeast. The fries we’re actually fresh and the island was stocked. Management better hold on to these guys. It would be nice if the place had tap to pay but I’m still in awe of the fries.
Stopped for a frosty, fries & a cheeseburger. The frosty was the thinnest milkshake I've ever had, far from being a frosty, more like melting ice cream. Asked for a cheeseburger with lettuce, no onions or pickles, that wasn't right, they did the opposite. And there were no fries in the building because they'd ran out. This visit certainly doesn't encourage me to return. Nothing was right about it.
Good friendly service, food was fresh and hot. I don't eat fast food often but it was pretty good.
My heart goes out to the entire staff at Wendy's that were working today. Unbelievable challenges. Long lines- both inside and out. App orders, orders in person. If I had not used my deal for a carryout order, I would not have a clue what this crew went through. Staff walked off the job prior to my arrival, yet the crew continued on doing their absolute best. The people waiting inside seemed calm and I hope that continues for them. My hat is off for the Wendy's staff. Our order was great and delicious by the way.
Came here because the other Wendy's in town was out of Ice Cream, Potatoes, and Lemonade. Store was clean, and efficient. With hot, fresh food.
This restaurant is always out of everything and it really needs a new manager
The service was terribly slow! There was 1 person in line ahead of me. The cashier didn't even acknowledge me until she had taken over 5 mins to complete their order. She had plenty of time in between their order and handing them their bag to ask me my order. To top it off she wasn't even friendly! Just a grumpy inattentive older woman hating her job at Wendy's.
30 minutes to get my order. 4 orders in front of me. nobody in the restaurant knew what they were doing food was cold fries were raw and cold. Manager didn't seem to know what she was doing along with everybody else. Local I eat here all the time and it is getting worse and worse hire someone smart. ?
The dinning room was extremely dirty. None of the workers had hats or hair nets on. Watched a worker change trash then go to bagging food with out washing her hands. They appeared to be very under staffed. Our order got erased off the screen so we had to wait like 35 minutes but it was fresh when it was done. In my opinion they need someone who knows how to run a restaurant on the cleanliness side!
